Tcl India — 43" tv installation hasn't been done even after 3 days

I bought tcl 43" 4k uhd tv on Wednesday i.e 21st July 2021. still I haven't got it installed.no one replies neither tcl service center nor the shop from where I bought nor the tcl customer care.
