I purchased 65 '' TCL smart Tv in july 2020. So the product is under warranty. 1 month back, 2 parts went faulty. Complain is still under process and the customer care has no idea as to when the parts will be available or they can provide a new replacement . The senior customer care executive Mr Shivakant told me that parts are rejected and new replacement is approved. New Tv should get installed in 1 week. Now today upon calling up the customer care to get an update, they are again, back to square one that the parts are rejected and still not sure whether they will repair parts or replace tv. PRODUCT IS BAD QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE IS PATHETIC. DONT RECOMMEND TCL Was this information helpful? |
