Respected sir, we have purchased tv TCL 43 inch on 25/05/2019 from SAI DEEPTHI AGENCY, NIDADAVOLE, WEST GODAVARI. We got screen off complaint after few minutes and we called customer care and they send technician go through complaint details and said about complaint. We enquire the sales man we purchased from and he demands money for rectification of complaint, as we mentioned about warrenty .
