I am following with customer care and service center to provide the solution of power board since 2 month. I paid the service charges in first visit of technician. Now they are closing my service request mentioning "User not responded".
Any product may fail, but if you not get the service on time then its very pain full. I recommend, not to buy any TCL or Iffolcon appliance due to bad service. Yes you can buy, if you are willing to throw the product in next 1-2 year. Was this information helpful? |
Sadly the quality of consumer electronics has degraded in last 8 - 10 years.
Now TVs develop fault in no time and company like TCL cut corners.
I have written several queries to them. I have also escalated the matter but no one is looking into it.
I wish TCL bad fortune and loss of business in years to come.
