I had purchased a 'TCL 123 cm (49 inches) L49P10FS Full HD LED Smart TV' from TCL through Amazon at Amazon.in, the order number being : order #[protected] which was delivered on 11/18/16. I did not open and checked the TV within 10 days of delivery as i was in mid of shifting my house so i called the customer care and explained about it. They said whenever i shift to the new house i need to intimate them and they will do the installation....
