    I have purchased a tcl tv before 3 days at the time of purchasing i have been told that the tv will be installed in 24 hours but it has been still not installed.. Ihave recived call regarding verification of my address and on next day i received msg that my number is not reachable how is that possible??. Ihave called 2 times in customer care they are saying that it will be done in 2 hours 3 hours but still my tv is not been installed.. Iam very much dissapointed about the service of tcl..

      This is regarding TCL TV LED display issue and I have logged a complaint last month Feb 26 2021.

      Till now I haven't received any update thru sms or email so far from TCL end.

      Today i had called TCL customer care and got an update with reference number.(IN[protected].

      Kindly let me know when can we get the replacement for the same.

      Note: will be getting new TV or used one.

      Its only 9 months completed we brought the tv and additional warranty as well we opted 5 years.

          IN[protected] & IN[protected] its beens almost 100days gone still i have not solution for my TV video problem, On Nov 11 2020, I opened service request IN[protected] Then on 29th Nov 2020 They said spare not available and changed the service request for replacement And lead time for replacement is 45 days but i waited for 60 days no solution then the system automatically closed my service request IN[protected] because it exceeded the solution time limit which was told by customer support . And got new service request
          IN[protected], But later only i came to know that they cancelled the replacement and raise new request for repai and ask me to wait till end of Feb 2021 .

          I dont know how to get my tv problem resolved.
          Can some onr help me on this. thank you

              We had bought a TCL 65" TV, Model Percee TV, 3 Yrs Warranty from Kohinoor Stores Kalyan west. During d warranty period, the TV Blacked out and on complaint in the month of Nov 2020, the technician identified the fault as panel defect. He recommended for replacement of TV under warranty.
              Even after completion of two months, the service centre of TCL has informed that due to stoppage of production of d said model, not in a position to replace n to consider refund at depreciated rate. This is nothing but betrayal of d customer who had purchased the tv under warranty. The company's Indian head was requested to intervene in d matter n replacement made. So far several assurnaces have been given by Service Centre Head Shri Jignesh, that he will replace either within 7 0r 10 or 15 days. But more than two months have lapsed.               The same thing happened to me...tcl 55"...black out issue.seevice person confirmed it is a panel but they could nt replace the panel.After few weeks they offered tv replacement.now it is on 3rd month no action yet.I am planning to approach consumer court.

              My TV has been defective in the warranty period, and I send a complaint to the company, and technician has visited on 1/7/2021, but technician has not repairing the TV, and the technician said that the defective part has been ordered, the part will be replaced within 1 week, but company has not replace his defective part and he send a complaint to the company many time but company not given any response.

                I bought this TCL 43" 43P615 LEDTCL21 TV from PAI International on 05th Dec 2020.
                On 25th Dec 2020 with in 20 days display issue accured and the TV was not powering ON.
                I raised the Service request on 25th dec, on 26th Dec service Engineer visited and informed that main board is gone.

                I called PAI International Customer care and Service engineer explained about the issue to customer care person.

                I don't need a repaired faulty TV issued by TCL, I need a replacement or refund since not even 3 weeks completed from the date of purchase.

                I did not get a proper response from PAI international, when I tried to call Manjunath from TCL service representative for Karnataka he is not picking the phone at all..

                It is horrible experience with TCL TV purchase from PAI international...

                  I received my replacement unit today and was very disappointed to see some other lower variant model being sent as a replacement. I spent close to 60000 I'm purchasing a premium variant that came with Harman kardan speakers. Just because ur unit did not perfom well and needs to be replaced doesn't mean that u send a unit which is not even worth 50000. The panel quality, sound quality etc is poor when compared to the C2US series that I had paid for.

                  Since I paid for a premium series I expect to get a premium series as a replacement.

                  Please replace this with the one that comrs with the onkyo speakers since I bought the tv only because it had Harman kardan speakers. If this product is discontinued then I am fine with comprising but would not setlle with a 55 inch since it cost way less that what I paid for my tv. I would like you to send a 65 inches and that will qualify as a fair replacement.

                  Please take this up on an urgent basis with your seniors. I will wait to hear from you else will have to esclate this to the next level.

                  Please expedite this time as I cannot wait again for 3 months like I had to for the replacement of defective unit.

                  Also I had to pay for the transportation of the new unit and the old unit. What kind of a service is that?

                  I need a quick solution.

                    Complaint raised on 6th dec 2020 and was tracking them to find service at my place and finally got service team after a grt struggle a d they came and said its minor problem jst u need to change d power board and u too have service warrenty
                    And these ppl dint even bother to respond my complaint still its not replaced
                    And waste ppl in customer service if i select english they r talking in regional language which i cant understand
                    Plz make sure that customers shd be beneficial wth u guys

                      I have purchased tcl tv from reliance digital Andheri west, purchase date 15august2020, and In 3months display issue occurred complaint lodged on 22november same day & technition visited after 2days and gave 10days more just for display panel replacment but it took 12days to check as the panel was not available they didn't inform, if it was confirmed than replacment would have been done,
                      For the first time I have trusted this brand and faced so worst service, complaint no-IN[protected] Home repair Model-43S6500FS.

                              I have been cheated and misguided by your company regarding the quality of the product and also the service provided by your help centers as no action has been taken even after registering the complaint more than two months ago. I am highly disappointed with your services. Please see to it that you are actually taking measure out s to fix our problems and not just make false claims.                                   I Bought a TCL TV from flipkart on 2nd April 2018 where it clearly mentioned 3 years of warranty. I raised the ticket with TCL on Aug 29 th (IN[protected] explaining the case the technician called and said he received the ticket as a non-warranty repair, if it is in warranty you need to contact center and he closed the ticket saying I am not responding. I spoke with flipkart and they told me that i can pay for a repair and they can settle the invoice.

                                  Then I called again and registered a new complaint (IN[protected] technician visited the next day and told me motherboard change is required.He told it will take a week.I asked them I need an invoice so that i can settle with flipkart. I was calling him to check the status but neither he / his company was taking my calls.

                                  I contacted TCL call center on 15/09/2020 and they said the part is in transit and the technician told him, he needs two days to come and fix it. on 17/09 I called again and the call center is telling me the part is cancelled due to incorrect documentation. Now they have to escalate again.

                                  From then on I am calling the TCL call center every time they are telling new story. On 27th they told me that I am eligible for a repalcement and given the ZOnal manager number his name is GuruXXXX, Till now i called him 20 times no responce for messages and whatsapp also. So from top to bottom this company ahs same culture, Irresponsibility and ignorance.

                                  What is strange is everytime i called they created a new ticket and i didnt even receievd that information via message. The active tciket which i have now doent appear in my list of tickets. Its a mess at call center they have people who doesnt even understand how to see the ticket infromation and understand the problem.

                                  The technisian has no clue where the shipment is. I didn't know whether this is a international company or not. They dont have tracking of the shipment.

                                  First of all its an LED TV which shouldn't get a problem in 2 years, second the warranty is denied, third even if I want to pay for the repair the technicians are not responding.

                                  These guys should be banned for giving false infromation and the trauma they are creating for their customers.

                                    The worst ever experience had with TCL service provider. We bought Smart TV on 25th May, 20 from one of the Dealer in Airoli, Navi Mumbai Maharashtra. Nobody has attended installation considering the lockdown we also not insisted. Immediately on 1st June we found that the unit going on switched off mode after operating for few hours. Same has been informed to TCL local service provider he has suggested some settings online which are done.

                                    And from 10th August, 20 the new issue started we are not able to see anything from the online apps i.e. prime video, hotstar screen looks totally blur. First of all we tried customer care no. [protected] which is worst experience after continuous tries of 5 times got connected to customer case they have given technical team no. where they tried to solve the problem online which is actually a frustration, the things which there service person needs they all want us do online. Lastly when they noticed that the problem is not getting solved online complaint is booked against same and on 13th August, 20 service person came to our residence to check the unit. Firstly he has started blaming Wifi provider only for the issue they we tried from mobile network where he found the same issue.

                                    We insisted for replacement o[censored]nit as its recent purchase but he refused to accept same and inform us that he will place the order for mother board and same will take 10 days now today is 25th and I haven't got any call from TCL service engineer for replacement. Surprising I received the message today that the Job IN[protected] has been completed which is not the actual situation. I tried to call again customer care nos. but not getting connected through.

                                    Please attend this complaint anyone who is really responsible.

                                          I am also one of the aggrieved persons who bought TCL TV through online which developed major problem with in the warranty period due to manufacturing defect. Upon complaining to the TCL customer care they sent a representative from Chennai by name: Mr. Mahesh (Ph :[protected]) who took the TV on 23 March 2019 promising that he could repair it within 7 working days. To my dismay even after 80 days there is no response from the customer care.The representative is not even picking up-the call, prompting me to file a consumer complaint as well as cheating complaint.

                                          Those who are interested in joining the litigation can SMS or Whats-app my advocate Mr.S.Suresh Contact number:[protected].

                                          I solicit all the aggrieved persons who submitted the complaint like me in the consumer complaints website to co-operate in filing a case as a group, so that we can bring the fraudulent activities of TCL into light.

                                              I have recently purchased a tcl led tv from bangalore and using it at kerala. Tv was worked well for 5 months and now there are few lines appears middle of the screen. I have made a complaint at tcl toll free number and technician had visited home also told us that panel to be replaced it may take 7 days but even after 10 days no responses from tcl team and out total effort in vain. My humble required to kindly refund our amount and will go for other brands who will take care and value for customer complaints.

                                                I had recently purchased new tcl led 43p6us tv from vijay sales prabhadevi show room (Invoice number 156-r-si 4003), on 27 june 2018 and was informed that within 24 - 48 hrs a technician would arrive to initiate and install my new tv.

                                                Today is 03 june 2018 and 144 hrs less sunday 24 hrs is 120 hrs later, there is absolutely no news or even a phone call from anyone.

                                                Have been chasing this issue daily since purchase but all empty promises from both parties, vijay sales and tcl india customer support no. [protected]

                                                Am quite fed up trying to organise a response from either party.

                                                Vijay sales, please stop selling krap which does not have enough backup, after sales.

                                                Tcl india, please stop selling a product which you are unable to support.

                                                I need immediate action for installation please!!

                                                Further to the above, when i chatted with online customer support for installing the apps by myself, i enquired about screen mirroring with ipad and iphone for which the online support person cut me off 3 times! Later when i called, was not given a clear picture about the same. Tcl india should be more transparent and honest when advertising online about the features of their products. If ios is not supported by tcast, same should be specified on website!

                                                Disappointed completely with tcl product and their way of handling new customers.

                                                When i checked other models in other countries, ios is supported. So why is this krap tv sold off to unsuspecting customers? Or maybe there is some app or setting. But am unable to screen mirror either any ios devices or windows 10 laptop!

                                                Once AGAIN a VERY BAD and NASTY experience with VIJAY SALES.

                                                Purchased on 27th June 2018, TCL LED TV 43P6US from Prabhadevi Showroom again, basis the good response earlier from VS for my JBL Soundbar 2.1

                                                Howere today, 2 weeks after purchase, the TV has already started showing problems.

                                                1. Wifi Connectivity - Wifi keeps DROPPING
                                                2. Pre Loaded APPS dont Work - YuppTv app keeps crashing.

                                                TCL TV India Customer Support is HORRIBLE, with totally unprofessional and incompetent employees.

                                                Earlier on when I tried calling TCL support for Tech Support on connecting my JBL 2.1 Sound Bar via HDMI/ARC Port, was informed by their CHIEF TECH that ARC is not supported in this TV. However, using google I found my answer and same started working.

                                                Today I called TCL Customer Support for Wifi Drop and YuppTv App Crashing - response from them - will send DEMO [protected]@@!!!

                                                Would kindly suggest VS to REFUND my money or REPLACE my SMART LED 4K UHD TV with another EQUIVALENT 4K UHD, but NOT TCL!! Soonest! These TCL Support guys will soon give me heart attack!

                                                I have bought tcl smart TV on 15 august 2019 n it is notmore than 2 month it has a problem with its screen it is showing black n white patches on it I hope u will send someone to resolve these issues as early as possible

                                                  It's been 25 days.. Have called the helpline on numerous occasions to complaint that tcast not working on a new tv i purchased in jan 2018. Also, waiting someone to wall mount the tv. Every 2 days they say to hold on and that a technician will call. Till now no one has called. Never ever buying a tcl tv ever again. Worst customer service.
                                                  We have got a new tv but can't even use it properly as we agreed to pay for the swivel / rotatable wall mount which the service centre guys said they would send it but no response.

                                                  Later he switched to New TV called Ridaex which was Quite Good in terms of quality performance he bought that TV after checking all customer Reviews and ratings now it running good and no issues

                                                    I have purchased in amezon tcl 43" led tv 4k ultra.. After 1year disply problem.. Photo be attached.. I hav complaint technician is come he told board problem so he takeout tv already 3 months. Now calling one time board coming one time new tv replacemented he told.. But now also my tv problem not solved.. Coustemer care also 15 times complaint.. He told complaint register ok no given but now also my tv no action 3 months already.. So kindly care about coustomer problems solve.. Tcl company american based company dabba company.. Really other company compare to worst company in the world..

                                                      I have purchased led tv 39" from amazon cloudtail on july 11th. From sept 15th, the tv is not working. Since then i am following up daily with multiple people from multiple parts of the country. Many of them stopped picking my call too. It has been exactly 2 months as of now and no repairing/replacement. Truly horrible service from tcl. Initially they said it is the problem with board and now they saying it is with panel.

                                                        My order no to amazon is #[protected] and request id for installation to tcl is 5444901s on dt 25sept'17.

                                                        I have ordered tcl (L49p10fs) led tv on dated 22 sept'17 and received it on 24sept'17. But from that day i regularly following the both company for installation but both company is not responding properly. They are harassing me will do it today will do it tomorrow but not providing any person even not calling me i always call them. Very bad response from both the company amazon india and its brand tcl india.
                                                        I have ordered tcl 32" led tv on dated 14 Nov'17 and received it on 16 Nov'17. I have place an order for istallation on the same day 16th Nov'17 to both company (i.e Amazon & TCl).Amazon has replied to my order that they will installation on 18th Nov'17, but i need the installation immediately very next day .So I call to Amazon for Next day installation but they ask me to call TCL toll free number if i want installation on next day (i.e 17th Nov'17) .I speak to TCL Team they confirm that they will installtion on 17th Nov'17 by 6PM they dont provide me any complaint number. Today again i call the TCL team for Installation they are saying that they havent received any complaint regarding installation and asking me complaint number which i dont have.(I have phone recording which i speak to TCL team/executive on 16th Nov'17 he didnt provide any complaint number).Its not my mistake that they havent given me any complaint number.Please do it installation as on today.

                                                          I have bought one TCL 49 inches (L49D2900) TV through Amazon and it was delivered on 20.05.2017. As per the instruction, i had called the customer care to register installation request on same day itself. While i called they said that Monday (22.05.2017) service center person will come for installation with wall bracket. But they have not came and i called again two times at the customer care as follow up. Unfortunately this was not happen till today (02.05.2107 5.00 pm)

                                                          I am totally dissatisfied the service which i faced and worried about the equipment future .
                                                          I bought the t.v from Amazon and have been on phone with their customer service representative for 7 days to get my tv installed. Still no one has come.
                                                          I purchase TCL TV in Dubai I send it india after 7 months it’s some blur issue I give service for tcl authorsied service center still not make service it’s been 2 months since I emailed tcl customer care no response
                                                          I have just been able to do so, TCL company's Android led Maine has bought a lot or has not installed a proper demo or I do not want to get a proper demo so you can get the full knowledge of the system.
