Tcl India — on running tv some lines are show and picture decide in two parts

We have purchase iffalcon certified
Android 79.97cm (32 inch)
Hd ready led smart tv
Warranty: 1 year domestic warranty
On dated 10/10/2018
But now in running tv some line are show in upper side and picture are devided in two parts as per video attached, and we complaint in customer care and executive visit at my home on date 06/03/2019 and he watching the recorded video but he doesn't solve my led problem.

I am very disspointed with tcl service and i will never ever purchase have tcl tv or any other item because your service and your executive talking behaviour is very worst.
