Tcl India — Reg complaint# IN[protected]

I had placed a complaint with TCL customer support on July 17 regarding no picture only audio. The service person visited on July 19, said a spare needs to be replaced and will be done in a week, after which there was no update. When contacted, they said spare not available and a replacement TV will be given in a week to 10 days. It is a month now, still they are saying it will take time, 30-45 working days and so on.
