I received my replacement unit today and was very disappointed to see some other lower variant model being sent as a replacement. I spent close to 60000 I'm purchasing a premium variant that came with Harman kardan speakers. Just because ur unit did not perfom well and needs to be replaced doesn't mean that u send a unit which is not even worth 50000. The panel quality, sound quality etc is poor when compared to the C2US series that I had paid for.
Since I paid for a premium series I expect to get a premium series as a replacement.
Please replace this with the one that comrs with the onkyo speakers since I bought the tv only because it had Harman kardan speakers. If this product is discontinued then I am fine with comprising but would not setlle with a 55 inch since it cost way less that what I paid for my tv. I would like you to send a 65 inches and that will qualify as a fair replacement.
Please take this up on an urgent basis with your seniors. I will wait to hear from you else will have to esclate this to the next level.
Please expedite this time as I cannot wait again for 3 months like I had to for the replacement of defective unit.
Also I had to pay for the transportation of the new unit and the old unit. What kind of a service is that?
