Reminder 5 dear sir, i have lodged a complaint about my tv branded tcl from my registered mobile no [protected] on dt 17.03.2021.Vide complain no in[protected] subsequently your service person visited my residence on dt 19.03.2021 express their inability by saying that parts not available. Since then 55 dyas have already been passed. No response from your side for repairing/replacing of said tv. On contact your customer care, they are only taking time.
