I have raised a complaint of flickering in my tv screen in march 2021. Then head of my region said that they will replace the panel. After 2 months, 2 guys came to my house with another tv of different older model. That item has a lots of holes in screen i told them that i cant accept this tv as a replacement. Now its been 4 months i am not getting any response from tcl service center side. Was this information helpful? |
