Tcl India — TCL tv complaint resolution time keeps on changing on daily basis by customer support executives wish

I have registered a complaint regarding the display issue of my TV, which is under the warranty period, on 22nd of December 2022. The technician came on 24th of December and told us that the panel/some parts needed to be replaced. He told us that it will take 7-10 days to replace the same. It has been the 17th day today[protected] since I registered the complaint and there is still no sign of hope.
I have been waiting for the last 17 days and am still waiting. I have been calling the customer support for the last few days and they don't have any proper answer regarding which date it will be fixed. Each time when I call their policies keeps on changing. They don't have any commitment towards the customers and they change their complaint resolution time period according to their wish on daily basis. And I am still confused about the transportation of the spare parts, which in any case could have reached my hometown from Noida even if they are on a bicycle.

It is very sad that despite so many calls from my side, they still haven't taken the issue seriously.

TCL customer care email id is fake. They never respond to your queries and concerns.
