Two months before I raised a ticket regarding my TCL TV 55"P8E had screen issue. The technician came in that week and escalated for TV replacement and gave a timeline for 1.5 months. After 1.5 months I escalated the issue the customer service assured me that they have sent the replacement TV in nearest service center. The same day I got the call from Diwakar who said he works in TCL office in Dahisar and they have received the TV and will be delivered in 3 days. After 3 days when I got no confirmation call I called him he said it will be delivered tomorrow and for 5 days everyday he said tomorrow. After a week he stopped receiving my calls also used to disconnect it. I somehow managed to get his senior number Prabhakar where he said the TV will be delivered Tomorrow after every sentence I said the Tomorrow word was the same. I was fed up and again tried to contact the customer service where they said the TV is already delivered at your home on 25th August. I was shocked and called Prabhakar where he did a conference call with Diwakar where he said the TV was never received to him from the company, when I said you cannot backoff and lie to me because you did gave me the commitment and now you are raising off your hands and I am going to complaint the same in consumer forum he very rudely replied "Do what ever you want to" even Prabhakar said to him if it's not received I will see him you go. My experience I faced is very bad even they talk to me very rudely. I have even contacted their Manager Hardik Patel I sent him all the necessary proof but now when I call him he disconnects my call. I don't know what scam they are upto but it's really frustrating are irritating sometimes I fell to slap them when they will be in front of me. Anyways their tomorrow never came and it's over 2 months still unsolved.
