1) tv replacement is not yet done even after promised of 30 - 45 days. (today stands 56th day since my initial complaint, which should be effective start date of 22nd aug 2022)
2) customer has been never kept informed on the status even after customer himself following up multiple times and therefore no customer centricity and causing customer dissatisfaction
3) repeated calls and emails have not been responded causing severe harassment to customer.
4) not publishing escalation and grievance details for customer is inappropriate and would be non customer centric Was this information helpful? |
