Hello everyone am Prashant from Chennai i was purchased TCL brand new 43inc LED TV on 2019 November with 1.5 year warranty via Amazon exactly 7 month's later it got repaired due to display panel gone they had changed the panel but not new one they fixed with old one in that also got some dots on the display i have said am not satisfied with your service kindly replace the tv but they didn't respond i had mailed also but no response again 4 month's it got repaired with the same problem they are asking 14500 for change of panel i have never scene such irrespective service providers anywhere in the World Was this information helpful? | 
TCL is a cheating company. Their warranty policy is highly ambiguous.
