I made a complaint on 23rd Mar 2022 vide Case ID: IN[protected].
The service engineer came on very next day and told us that there is some parts problem and needs to be replaced.
And he placed the Order but till today my problem is not been solved.
I called the support number several times and the support staff always told me that they are escalating the issue and the issue will be solved in the next 7 days.
