I purchased Tcl tv on 11th Dec 2020 and my tv start troubling on 24th May I raised a complain in tcl customer care and they replace my tv screen but problem not solved and I did a lot of calls and updates they visited on 17th June after that I again raised the complain on 18th June 2021 and the part was ordered by Raja electronics who is their service partner in Deoria Up. Now its going to approx 2 month my Tv is not repaired till now and we are facing mental troubles by taking a lot of calls to their customer care and they always told the resolution will done in this week but I did not find any resolution. I am providing details of local service center and Tcl customer care.
