I bought two w kurtis which had some patterns printed on them with glitter. Its been over 2 months and i'm shocked to see that the glitter keeps coming off. I have not been able to wear those two kurtis more than once because there's glitter coming off from the kurtis wherever i go. The worst part is that i had raised a complaint through mail to the parent company tcns clothing. Its been over 45 days and they're handling the complaint so poorly. It seems like they just don't care about resolving customer complaints. They don't bother at all. Was this information helpful? |
