i hv done an online shopping from the tcns clothing brand "Aurelia" on 20th may still not received my order or refund. when i ordered dont receive any confirmation message or email from your side . I called you and sendi emails so may times but no positive response. and also i send screenshot of my bank account that was deducted to tcns. please help me. kindly send my refund or order as soon as possible.

I order a kurta pant from their site 45 days ago. They delivered a small size I have been calling their customer service from last 1 month but they always give the same answer everytime that they have scheduled the reverse pickup but they never do. I am tired of calling them again and again and when I said I'll report you to consumer complaints they shamelessly say please do. Irresponsible. I have ordered from W kurti site. Please don't fall into this trap. I saw other complains where they don't return the return product money. Please stay away from TCNS. WORST
