TCS — conspiracy in offer letter release

I am an experienced resource (Tot 4 yrs) and i took interview on 10th nov, 2018 in bangalore. Since, i was in pune and really wanted job in bangalore, i went for this interview only. After reaching there i found that they will take telephonic interview. Anyways i cleared the first round i. E. Technical round. After waiting for 30 minutes i as told that further rounds won't be happening today as the pannel is not available which means my travel from pune to bangalore was a waste. Although they considered my situation and told me that i will not have to travel for further rounds it will be happening in pune itself. Then i wait for 12 days for managerial round i. E. It happened on 22nd nov and then finally hr on 30th nov. The interview process which usually get completed in 1 day took more than a month for me. Then it went for business approval as usual. Again had to wait for 13 days and then today i got a mail saying 'we have not received the approvals to proceed with your offer. Wish you luck with other opportunities.'
I had some serious family concerns for which i was looking for bangalore location, rejected 1 offer from capgemini and now i don't have any offer that too after clearing all rounds. It's absolutely unprofessional and heart breaking. No one can rely on the process of tcs and they have answers for everything that 'they reserve the right to reject the candidature at any stage.'
I have never heard anyone saying they got rejected after salary discussion.
If this is a project specific hiring and you will take this much time then obviously the project team may have proceeded with other candidates then why this conspiracy they should tell this directly.
