TCS — Unable to login to Alumni Portal to get my documents from their portal

I tried registering into TCS Alumni portal, but no luck.

Its been more then 1 Year and no more working with TCS, since then i am trying to login into TCS Alumni portal but its not allowing me to register and even do not give me information in case of anything wrong from my side. i am sure they were not able to maintain data of my joining and thats why they are unable to locate my information.

Ive tried 100 times and its fustrating now. please help me get this done.
