My name is Akanksha Goswamy (Employee id : 2029276), As I am in need of my experience letter to join my next organization, I tried to login in TCS Alumni Portal but it says user id is not registered and when i tried to register it says emp id is already registered.

It has been one month since i raised multiple tickets and there is no response.

Kindly do the needful and provide me the solution.

Hello I no longer work in TCS my employee number was 2177586 I have Ben waiting for more than a month to get my money I was assured it will be ready 3 weeks ago I spoke to hr in tata 3 Marcela Velázquez de alba not helpull ignored my emails and did not help not even after I told her that my daughter is very sick and that I need to get my money to buy them and still ignored I'm getting my internet and lights cut off soon pls help Miguel galvez Rodriguez 2177586

I got my offer letter from tcs on date 12-March and i put down papers at dxc technology and my joining dates was given as 28 june from tcs. But on 31st of may my date of joining got moved to 02 august. So i contacted my HR and all, she told it’s some BGC problem so they have moved. I thought its okay just 1 month right i thought i can handle it. Around 15 of july i got a call from tcs asking wheather i am ready to join TCS. I clearly mentioned yes. Again after 2-3 days i got a call saying that my date of joining is delayed further and date of joining will be given within 15 days. Its already about 15 days still no reply. I constantly calling HR and keep following them but only thing they mention is higher management decision we aren’t sure whats the problem is and my date of joining is not given yet. I do have all kind of proof for supporting above staements.

I received a tax defect notification on Jul-21-2023 mentioning a discrepancy in my filing specifically related to form 26 AS (attaching the same for reference).
My former employer is refusing to revise the TDS even after multiple requests without providing any valid/legal justification. Kindly allow me to explain my situation.

Background of the issue:
For the FY23,
I was part of TCS-Germany from Apr-01-2022 until Jan-16-2023. I earned my income in Germany and paid my taxes here. I did not receive any income in India during the period.
On Jan-16-2023 I traveled back to India and from Jan-17-2023 to Feb-17-2023 I was part of TCS-India and earned my income here. My last date with TCS was Feb-17-2023.
On Feb-27-2023, I traveled back to Germany to start to work with my new employer. Hence, my total period of stay in India was only 43 days. I have the immigration proof in my passport (attached for reference).
However, TCS determined my period of stay to be 74 days by including Mar-01-2023 till Mar-31-2023 as well and deducted tax for the entire year deeming my residential status as "Resident of India" while in reality I was an NRI for FY23.

Once I found out that the TDS was deducted incorrectly, I immediately reached out to TCS to share my immigration proof.
Based on the advice from my tax consultant and the instruction provided by the tax department in the FAQ section I have been trying to get the Form-16 revised by TCS.

However, TCS is not cooperating. I am simply getting generic responses and I am being told that TCS cannot share a revised form 16. I am not sure how to proceed further with this.
Kindly help me with any inputs/suggestions that my employer should be communicated to. As my response is just 2 days away, I am under severe duress about the whole situation.

I was interviewed on 24th June 23 for Mumbai location. I got call in first week of July and I submitted all the documents. After that HR called me that there is process change so she needs time for offer letter. Till today 1st aug 23 I haven’t received my offer letter. I have emailed to career Tcs multiple times but still no solution. I want to ask my documents were asked in hurry when there is so much delay in offer letter

I am trying to log in to the portal for the last 2 weeks but it's not happening. Raised 5 tickets for the same but no response. I need to download Form 16 on an urgent basis as the deadline is approaching soon. While login into the portal it says not registered user and while registering it says already a registered user. Portal is totally confused in my case. strange behavior. Here is the new ticket number 1110929

Appointment letter was not issued to me despite of arrays of interview. I am urging for Appointment letter to be posted to my kestopur home address....

I got the offer letter from the TCS on 19th May 23 and I resigned from my previous organization on 21st May 23 to join the TCS and the last working day was in the previous organization on 20th July, 23 as discussed with the HR the joining date will be 26 July 23 However I called to the HR on 24th July 23 they told me that your joining date will postponed to 11th October 23. I told to the HR recruiter that how I can survive for three months as there in no jobs.

Please look into it and ask TCS to onboard me as soon as possible.

I have lots of responsibility I have to care of my family it is very difficult even I am not able to sleep I am in tension how to fulfill my family need.

Regarding my onboarding process at TCS.

Onboarding date for my position has been postponed and date is confirmed, I did not get any prior notification or communication from the HR department. And because of this I left my old organization.

and after I calling so many time to HR, got a call that your onboarding will get delay and there is no exact date. what I have to do i already left my job and TCS not giving proper update to me.

Now I am in a feeling like TCS (MNC) is in bad condition in onboarding employees, doing this type of things so how can we trust again on TCS.

Hi This is Vinayak Mishra EP2018CN121133 my joining has been rescheduled for the 2nd time now. It is now scheduled for 16th Oct 2023. I tried calling you guys multiple times over the last week but with no response from your side.

I have been jobless for 4 months now. I am unable to manage my daily expenses. My wife who is now 9 months pregnant and I don't have access to any medical insurance.My savings are over and managing things now is questionable.

Firstly I was given assurance by @Shaurya Sinha for early joining and after I took release from HCL that was denied. Then @Gowhar Magloo said the joining will be in the month of july. Which was rescheduled a day before the DOJ. Now the joining is scheduled for October.

Please let me know how I am supposed to manage things now.

One of your employee named "Chandrasekar Sudheer Gali" with PAN "BJIPS1642C" rented my house and vacated at the end of June 2022. In this case, he should have claimed only 3 months (Apr, May & June 2022) rent as HRA claim. He was paying 8000 per month as rent to me. Instead of 24000, he claimed 171000 which is showing in my AIS (Annual income statement) for 2022-23. As i couldn't contact him, can you please look into this matter & ensure that this gets resolved urgently & permanently. Looking forward for your immediate attention and action as i need to file my ITR before 31st July.

I got the offfer letter from TCS on June 27, 2023. My last date of employment in my previous organisation was July 21, 2023. Now, I spoke to my HR but they are not giving confirmation on the joining dates.

I am the only one who is earning in my family. I have EMIs to pay and my family is totally dependent on me.

I am requesting TCS HR team to look into this issue ASAP. TCS is brand and I did not expect this from TCS.

A.Unable to login to the portal as the OTP is not received
b.Unable to upload documents for withdrawing of my super annuation fund.

I urgently need Form 16 for the both the financial years[protected] and[protected] for filing ITR. The Alumni portal only shows Form 16 for[protected]. Could you please look into this as priority? My last working date in TCS was 3rd July, 2023.
The form 16 for 22-23 should have been generated by now. I would really appreciate any help on this.

As per their HR instructions I have uploaded all of the necessary documents on the portal same has been verified too with the exception o[censored]AN history because at that time I was unable to login to my account because my Aadhar card's name had changed. I thus sent the UAN service history, after the Aadhar name correction i.e after a week, and informed them on an email, but as of right now, they are not responding to my emails, calls, or messages and ibegin status showing as "Evaluation in-progress"

I got the offfer letter from TCS in MAY and immediately I resigned in my current organization. My TCS joining date is 5th July . Suddenly I saw my DOJ has been changed to 1st week of October.My last working day 3rd July with my current organization as I already served 30 days notice period.

I checked with my recruiter and they mentioned it's TCS corporate decision and we can not do anything.

How TCS as a global brand can do such things .on the basis of TCS offer I have not looked for other opportunities.

I am requesting TCS HR please look into this issue asap . This is not acceptable from TCS as a global brand. I have so much financial liability and family dependency, can’t afford to ideal for 3 months as no source of income, this gives me so many nightmares.. I don’t have any options as well.. this is really unprofessional..

I completed my interview and got offer on 21st April 2023.

While accepting the offer I selected DOJ as 28th July 2023 whereas my LWD at current company was 19th July 2023.

On 21st July 2023, I got a call from HR stating that my DOJ is revised to 16th Oct 2023 which is 3mnths delayed.

I have few financial commitment to be met and no othe job offers in hand.

How can I be punished for this decision?

I accept my offer letter from TCS in 1 February 2023, My last working day in previous organisation was 17 April 2023 . My TCS joining date is 3 may 2023 I went for onboarding my name not in the list i called recruiter he said due to BGV we postponed to may 10 2023 again i went that time also they said my joing date postponed to 17 may 2023

17 th may I went recruiter said u joining date postponed to July 3 2023 because this quarter recruitment is finished.

After two months my fourth joining date came on 3 th July 2023 but on july 1 i got one mail from tcs due to internal approval we postponed joining date to 5 th july . On 4 july first time I got joining welcome mail from tcs to joining. On 5 th july 2023 my onboarding not happened due to date is mismatch in Application form onboarding
team said u need to contact your recruiter to correct it after correct the date we onboarding you I called the recruiter and mail to recruiter to correct the date but no response my next joing date is changed in portal 10 july 2023 I went for onboarding
On 10 th july 2023 but onboarding team said still your date is not changed by recruiter first correct it and then come for onboarding till that even we changed your onboarding date in the ibegin portal do not come for onboarding day directly said to me . I called recruiter no response . I went to meet recruiter manager regarding my onboarding issue . She sent mail to recruiter to take action on it then recruiter called me and said we tried to changed your date from our end but we can't change from our side u called to previous company change the date in experience letter then only we can move forward. Actually My previous company my last working date is printed wrongly 2 days difference instead of 6th April 2019 they printed 8th April 2019 . So i called to my previous company I asked change the date quickly they give me new experience letter with correct date i called to my recruiter as u said I changed the correct date in my experience letter but
this time recruiter said even u changed also we can't onboarding you this time ur onboarding postponed to October month i[censored] want to look for another opportunities try next time tcs.

I don't know what to do .
I have already resigned my previous company from may 3 month without job and salary
I will face huge financial loss due to this and having lots off financial liabilities.

How TCS as global brand can do such things . On the basis of the TCS offer I have not look for the other opportunities.
