Actually i applied for the tcs nqt freshers drive, when i visited the website to check on update regarding where my center is but when i tried to login it was prompting this message"Some error occured in the system. Please connect with the support team." and when i tried contacting the support team website wasnt responding what is the issue, could you please atleast tell me where the center for my exam is i havent received any mail...

I have been released from TCS on 15/07/2022. I have followed up with Separation officers multiple times. There is no response and I have received half month salary for July instead of final settlement and still haven't received any update on initial release letter. I am not sure whether they are processing this or not as I am receiving payment for last month of my notice period. Need immediate update on this....

I decided to join this company for the name TATA associated with Mr. Ratan Tata sir but all in vain. The recruitment process of TCS has really created havoc in my life and not only mine, during this process I came across many candidates who have been tortured, mentally dragged to a state of repent, where anyone will think 1000times...

TCS Alumni Portal page was not loading since many days.
Now that page is loading, Help Desk Menu is missing from the menu items ( only My Documents and FAQs menus are displayed).

I had raised a ticket in Help Desk on 18 July 2022 and is waiting for 9 days for a reply from them.

As Help Desk Menu item itself is missing, I am unable to get a resolution to my ticket.

Please look into the issue...

Dear Team,

I am unable to register to alumni portal on TCS. My LWD was 6 July 2022.

I tried registering twice and both times it failed.

I need to get it fixed as I need to access forms and payslips.

Please assist.

Hi Team,
TCS alumini portal is not loading at all .I require Form 16 document to submit Income Tax Returns in this year and the deadline is approaching i.e. 31st July'22.I have been sending mails to Hyd seperation cell DL and other person in Escalation matrix.But I haven't received any response from any one .
It is urgent to to receive Form 16 before deadline otherwise I would end up paying penalty unnecessarily.

I am siva dosapatruni[protected]. Ex-employee of TCS. last working day is may16th 2022. TCS Alumni portal is not working when I am trying to download Form16. This July 31st 2022 is last date for filing returns. but without form16 its not possible to file income tax returns. please resolve the issue asap....

At first I struggled with my fnf settlement..later I have been emailed by separation team to login and access my service and release letter from tcs alumni portal...but I'm not able to login neither not able to register myself ...I have raised couple of queries and also contacted few colleagues...

According to previous mails from TCS i was supposed to withdraw the pension money from EPFO portal. So i raised online claim under form 10 C but they rejected the claim due to reason “NO pension Contribution received”. As my pension money was deducted from all companies

So i raised a grievances on grievance portal but they also gave reason that pension contribution not received.

I am facing an issue in the WEB portal of TNREGINET while creating an application for register marriage under special marriage act.

A request number has been created through the help desk. But there is no response on fixing the issue yet. The register marriage notice is expiring on first week of May.

There is no response from the helpdesk of TNREGINET. Due to this behavior we are about to miss our opportunity...

My name is Rabbani Shaik.I'm a TCS employee and when I joined the company 10 years back I was given ICICI food card which got expired on 03/22 .

I would need a new card but the problem is that I don't have my old email id and phone number active to apply which I gave during the card issue time .I am also unable to reach helpdesk and unable to login to portal (showing card invalid status), can you assist...

I and my mother are visited hospital suddenly due to seizures.At that time i am not aware of cashless process. So i paid amount for mri and hospital convenience. When I apply claim in medibuddy, the claim got Repudiated - Awaiting insurer concurrence even after provided all documents. Please look into this issue.

Online PF Transfer rejected due to EPS not received. I have raised multiple request with TCS asking me to help me transfer my PF from IBM to my current organization. As IBM is asking me to submit Annexure K of previous employment which is TCS. Every time I raise a ticket with TCS or a grievance under EPFO portal i am dodged here and there stating TCS is responsible TCS stating RPFC is responsible .

It's been more than a month, I have submitted the Asset. I got confirmation over the email that Asset has been received by the company. However when I am chasing with my Separation officer he says that IT team has not confirmed yet. Hence, FFS settlement will not be done.
