I accepted TCS offer letter on 27th Feb, 2023. My DOJ is on 12th June, 2023. In May they called me said your DOJ is postponed to next quarter i.e., July due to some internal issues and gave 12th July, 2023 as my new DOJ. I have my doj as 17 july 2023.On friday, HR called and said that on boarding will be delayed and will be onboarded in the month of Oct.Its is so unprofessional. Also the BGC status hasnt changed in ibegin portal.Its hsowing bgc scheduled from 1.5 months.I am jobless from March.Please onboard me as early as possible.
