This is a complaint regarding my refund for the cancellation of my Flight. A refund of Rs. 6402 was given to my MMT wallet. I requested to transfer it into my bank account and also has provided all the bank details. Its been more than 25days but I did not receive any refund but its showing Refund has been made in my MMT app. I have also contacted my bank and they denied that they did not receive any such refund.So, I request you to clarify this as soon as possible and refund my money back to my account.
