Teak N Oak — sofa not delivered even after one month of booking

I have ordered sofa on 26th may and teak n oak has promissed to deliver in 10 working days. Its been more than one month now still i havent received the sofa.
I have been calling the representative everyday and getting the same answer that sofa will be delivered today evening. All are false promises
When i tried to call their numbers they are not taking the calls, even the manager is not taking any calls.

I have asked for refund my advance money.

I have made a bad decision to go with them and i am repenting my decision.

I am planning to file a police complaint.
