Tech Connect Retail Pvt Ltd, Secundrabad — To purchase Laptop/Macbook of higher specifications and features in exchange of laptop bought from Flipkart on 15.07.2020

I bought an HP Pavilion, Ryzen 5 laptop through flipkart with Order ID: OD[protected] and order date: 14.07.2020. I am a central govt employee working in NMDC ltd PSU. I need to exchange the purchased laptop with another laptop of higher specifications alongwith accessories. But there is no such provision in flipkart. Also there is no provision to input the GST no. of NMDC in the invoice generated through flipkart while there is an extreme need of invoice with GST no. of NMDC.
I request you to exchange the laptop and additional cost for it will be paid directly to your firm. Please direct further for the same.
