I bought Logitech Z906 Home Theatre on Sept 26 2024. I took it on 9 months No cost EMI. I got cash, so I paid total amount on the same day itself. Still I'm still seeing EMI on the product which is 12 months EMI with 16% intrest rate. I chose 9 months No cost EMI but it was changed to Cost EMI without any update. I asked credit card services they said Merchant asked them to convert. So they did. Order id :OD[protected]

Recently bought a 4G smart watch a few months ago in the month of January, 24. That smart watch has just broken down. There is no light on its display, due to which it has stopped starting. The 4G smart watch is still under warrant. Flipkart team is not visiting. Please solve this problem as soon as possible.

I ordered a SAMSUNG 870 QVO 1 TB Laptop, Desktop Internal Solid State Drive (MZ-77Q1T0BW) from Flipkart sold by Tech-Connect Retail Private Limited.

And they send me an old battery in a box.

I also complain about Flipkart and share on my social media this issue but did not get any solution from the Flipkart team.

The product box outer package was good but when I open the outer box I found the inner box is old a using black tape and when I open the inner box I found an old lion battery stick with a plastic case.

I bought an HP Pavilion, Ryzen 5 laptop through flipkart with Order ID: OD[protected] and order date: 14.07.2020. I am a central govt employee working in NMDC ltd PSU. I need to exchange the purchased laptop with another laptop of higher specifications alongwith accessories. But there is no such provision in flipkart. Also there is no provision to input the GST no. of NMDC in the invoice generated through flipkart while there is an extreme need of invoice with GST no. of NMDC.
I request you to exchange the laptop and additional cost for it will be paid directly to your firm. Please direct further for the same.

I ordered a nikon d5600 dslr camera body with dual lens: af-p dx nikkor 18 - 55 mm f/3.5-5.6g vr and 70-300 mm f/4.5-6.3g ed vr (16 gb sd card) via flipkart and they send me a package which contained a used and broken f55 model (Must have been used like 3-4 years), a nikon bag and instead of 2nd lens there was a tata salt packet. All other items from box was missing in the sealed box. There was no charger manual battery or any other item of that like. (Pictures attached)

When i contacted flipkart they are simply blaming you that the serial number differs from the invoice and product. So kindly do the needful

We required modified invoise with our gst details. At the time of purchase flipkart dosen't provide option for gst details, when i paid gst, it's my right to obtain credit for the same, for the purpose i need invoice having our gst number printed on it.

Kindly help regarding the matter on urgent basis.

I have received 60cm which is small. For the kid. We have not opened the box. I asked for 6-7 but this is small for my kid because he is already using 60cm which i was not aware while buying. Please change it to 7-8 yrs pls.
Tried calling all the numbers but no way you can get these people.
I requested call back and when an agnet called he said will not be able to help. I alsed for ssenior and he put me on hold and after 10 minutes disconnected. When i am calling tthat number is not working.

I received the product with a single tag on it which is original tag of Puma but in Chinese language with nothing related to Indian Rupees/MRP. The size of sweatshirt is not compatible so I requested to return. Ekart(Flipkart) guy refused to take it back as there's no Price Tag attached and asked me to contact Flipkart Customer Care. Flipkart Customer Care insisted that there should be tag on product and we can only accept return with MRP Tag on it. After talking to their seniors they were adamant about MRP tag and not accepting the fact that No tag was attached when I received it & abruptly disconnected my call.

But within the 5 months the sole of the shoes completely damaged which idicates the bad qulaity of the product. I have ordered intex speakers/ wq60354/ intex costs around 2499. I read reviews it was good but when i connect to led tv it sounds bad. Very less sound.in flipkart website itself they have mentioned it's chargeable but there is no option for that it's just fake. I spoke to flipkart customer care asking for refund or replacement with other best speaker. They are not accepting for that. I'm really feeling unhappy with product. The bass sound really bad. Have procured a pair of the nike lunar dominate cricket shoes from flipkart. Material has been supplied by your company. Have raised the complaint with flipkart, nike the brand as the sole of the shoe has started peeling off. Have paid rs.6300 for the same attaching pictures of the product and the invoice from your company.

In the first cut communication nike has negated flipkart to be recognized supplier of nike products, flipkart says we are not the suppliers, in that case my contention is that either the product is spurios/fake or it has not been sourced through legal channel.

Shall have to take up the matter with consumer forum in case the same is not resolved at the earliest.

Few days I bought a DSLR worth 18240.canon 1200 with extra lens on the billion day offer. But after delivery when I opened the box, extra lens packed was found to be defective.so I requested for replacement and was replaced by an identical one with the same defects..
