Mai tech Mahindra me lenskart chat process me work from home job karti hu, muje yaha work karte hue 2 months 7 days complete ho gaye hai..muje 4 August ko tech Mahindra se offer latter mila tha jisme joining date 12 August thi, and 18 August se training start Hui thi. Meri HR swati Sharma ma'am ne kaha tha k first month ki salary jisme training ki salary bhi hoti h wo September 16-17 Tak account me credit ho jayegi but 16-17 Tak bhi salary nahi aayi, fr unse salary k bare me puchne pr unhone kaha teusday ko ayegi Friday ko aayegi ese hi ghumate rahe or fr unhone mail ka reply dena hi band kar diya. Hamari team manager Kiran ma'am ne kaha k dhanteras Tak salary aajayegi but dhanteras ko bhi salary nahi aayi..aaj 25 October hai aaj hume waha kaam karte hue 2 month 7 days complete ho gaye hai but abhi salary nahi aayi hamari. Na Hr mail ka reply deti hai naa hi hame koi contact no. Diya kaha hum kisse contact kare samjh nahi aaraha. Tech Mahindra itni badi company hai yaha salary ka itna issue kese ho sakta h yaha k Hr ka bhi bht hi unprofessional behaviour hai... Was this information helpful? | |||
Oct 26, 2022 Complaint marked as Resolved Here I am giving you the e-mails of those hours from Tech Mahindra. Whose mails came through Typing Test, Interview, Documentation and Offer Letters. And false commitments were made by them, Then stopped replying on asking for salary

Contact details have not been given to us yet, The whole process and salary respecting conversation has happened only on the mail.There is no reply for mail from 1month.
This sir is not my problem alone, I have many more employees with me who r facing the same problem. Tech Mahindra customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
