This is to bring to your notice that I Jitendra Kumar joined Tech Mahindra Ltd, (Noida-UP) as a Team Leader on 3rd of Jan 2019 and due to corona lost my Job on 31st of July 2020 . Since the Joining time I found that my fathers name is not available on the PF portal i asked the HR team to help me out and resolved the same but all efforts are not worthy as the issue remains the same. Now i am going to Join another company but due to these details update issues facing challenges i have visited Tech Mahindra HR team Noida and meet with Ananta HR she provided me some link for the ticket raised i have followed the same and got solution that i have to sent all the documents to pune head office. I have sent with the speed post all self attested hard copies and communication too that my case received on pune office and received on PF desk too. But now almost two months are going to be completed for follow up but I didn't receive any communication. I am checking multiple times uan portal and my email id for the good news that my father's name is updated on portal but still facing the same issue. Due to this challenge today I am loosing an opportunity and Techmahindra Noida and Pune HR team responsible for the same and also come to know that Rahul Khunte dealing with PF issues cases but I don't have any email id and his communication number so that asked him for the support. I am fed up with issues now.

Would request you to take appropriate action and help me to update my father's name on the PF portal fast.

My name is Jyoti Saxena, and I have recently been rehired at TechMahindra. However, I have not yet received the handover for my operations role. I have been informed by HR that I need to pay a recovery amount, and they mentioned that I need to seek approval before proceeding with the payment. Unfortunately, I do not have any documented email regarding this recovery amount. I would like to clarify whether my joining will be confirmed upon payment of the recovery amount. I have already completed one month of training, and I am eager to commence my responsibilities.

Additionally, I have a concern regarding my previous employee ID, JS00871590. When I initially joined the company, I underwent verification without a payslip. I was offered a package of 2.20 lakhs. However, my new employee ID is JS0D101216, and I have been offered a lower salary package. I was informed that I need to share my bank statement to be eligible for the 2.20 lakh package. Otherwise, they mentioned that I would be considered as a fresher candidate. I am unable to comprehend why the RMG team considered my previous package but now I am being denied the same. Furthermore, I do not possess any documented evidence regarding the recovery amount payment and its impact on my joining.

I kindly request you to address both of these matters as I have already discussed them with the HR team. They have advised me to trust the approval process, emphasizing that I will not receive any email specifically regarding this matter.

I worked in Tech Mahindra for 15 months after I've to resigned from company as I was getting married. In Dec 2022 again i applied for same company and got selected as well but couldn't join on time as I got trapped by my in laws and couldn't inform to my HR or any other person from team, as i wasn't having any source to contact to my family or anyone. Once I cane to Hyderabad with the support of my family I tried to reach my HR, TL, Trainer...

Today at 1:30 pm, I received a call from a person named Karan Malhotra, claiming to be a Naukri.com employee. He said I got shortlisted for a role in Tech Mahindra and that only one round of Interview would be conducted by Tech Mahindra as a part of recruitment process within 1 hour if I paid Rs 2500 as Interview charges. He said he would provide me a set of HR Round questions and the same questions would be asked in the Interview. He sent me a mail from mail [protected]@naukrihrreccruiter.com (I have attached screenshots) and said he would activate the Interview ID as soon as I pay Rs 2500 and the same amount is refundable after the interview even if I get selected or rejected.
I attempted to question the authenticity but he got angry and started blackmailing me that he would blacklist my resume from naukri.com so I wouldn't be able to apply to any company all over India for the next 2 years. i got scared and deposited the amount he asked for following which I appeared the interview. Sometime later I received a mail where it said i would have to submit another Rs 5500 for document verification. this is when i realized this was a trap and I called the man and blasted at him. he hung up following this. I have attached screenshots of his mail and blackmailing messages below.

As I am not fulfill with the salary amount that received from Tech Mahindra on dated 18th April 2023 of Rs.18, 481/- where I was to get Rs.24, 359/- which was payable of 21days. Where my monthly salary was Rs.34, 667/- as 5LPA package basis.

On 21 Feb 2023 the trainer Patne Bharathi told me and 2 more batch mates that Manager wants to meet us and even she knew but not enclosed the information to us. After going on floor they called us one on one, first they called he was crying and very depressed and he told that they have terminated us. When I met her (don't know her name) she told me that you are not fit for the batch, after 3 months you can reapply for another process and she told me that you will also get your full salary till the date you have worked. They told me instead of being in blacklist from the company you can resign from the company and you may reapply for the same process or other process. So I have done what they told to me as I was in not in a condition to think. Now I am feeling you people have scammed me and due to you I'm mentally depressed, kindly refund my money which was confirmed by the person (Manager) who told us you are terminated from the role.

Wherever, I was on my training period without any intimation you Tech M people have forced me to resign and informed that I will be getting my whole salary which I was present for 21 days will be credited in my account as I trusted and have faith but still there are useless deduction done from your end.

When the amount got credited in my account I tried calling the trainer Bharathi P. and also messaged her but still not responding. And they have not mentioned me about FNF amount settlement, they only told that you will be getting full salary till the date you worked. Now this is the fraud done by the trainer and manager of Tech Mahindra, Commerzone of process Vodafone New Zealand.

And one more thing kindly make clear if you people are taking 3-4 rounds of interview for the selection to get onboarding of an agent then how come in between of the training period you just fired them.

Kindly transfer the remaining amount in my account as soon as possible and please do the needful at the earliest.

If not then will escalate on social media, consumer forum or Tech Mahindra official.

Did not received salary from 01st janaury as promised within 60days I will receive salary But I did not received yet no reply from techmahindra kolkata BPS

I was supposed to receive upto 5-6 Thousand Rupees Incentive as overtime for the month of July and was supposed to receive the 4 double day amount on which I worked but didn't receive the same.

I have requested from HR and they are not responding nor paying me the amount .

First they ask about agreement letter 2148
After that they for opening the account that will charges 8, 795.39
After that they ask about shipments charges about 10359/-
And if I don't pay they will released court letter
I think this is fraud by tech Mahindra

The company team told after resignation within 60 or less days salary will be credited but it has been now 90 days and salary is still pending. Even after writing them emails these are not responding

Dear team,

I want to large a complaint against Techmahindra.ltd Chennai branch Ambattur industrial estate area. I was worked in 2 years in between 20.12.2020 to 30.11.2022 and completely clean reliving done with a notice period of 30 days. While last working day communicated with HR team and Hr team informed me your experience letter and full and final settlement including last month salary will be provided with in 45 days. Considering my last working day still now I haven’t received any full and final settlement with salary as well as experienced letter was not received from the MNC company, and it was not only for me and gone through the issue and it’s been treated same for all by Tech Mahindra.ltd Chennai so I have been received mail stating that need to pay amount to get the experience letter and final settlement amount.

This is Godari Pranay, ID: 915250, Ex-employee on Tech Mahindra, Chennai today i received a email regarding Full and Final settlement but i not received any FNF amount and it showing Negative Full and Final settlement I relieved properly i raised resignation and served notice period and also no dues from my end but now it showing Negative FNF. Please help me with this and release my FNF amount it is fully need to me....

I have tried various methods from different accounts to transfer money as self-transfer and receive money and the sender's bank account isn't at fault as I have tried from multiple banks. in my ICICI BANK account from last month and it's failing again and again with the following message in my inbox "Dear Customer, your credit request is declined. UPI Ref. no.[protected] ICICI Bank." I tried calling customer care but no response I even mail so many times but I still didn't meet any response back. Even my salary couldn't get credited as it is showing that my bank account isn't responding. I have to pay my credit card bills within 2 days, I would like to get a faster resolution.
