I was working for tech Mahindra from past 10 months but due to some family issue as my father was not well I had to resign from the organization . As per the HR he told me that we will relise you basis on your family condition and noe when I have provided all the medical documents of my father they have rejected it and now they are telling me that we can't give you service letter because you haven't served the notice period and now they are going to charge me amount for 60 days then only I can receive the relieving letter. This is unacceptable if this is the reason the why the HR has told me that they will release me . I will forward this issue to higher department if the issue is not resolved

    Hello,

    My father is holding tech mahindra shares since 2015 and the dividend of the shares have not been credited in my account since then. It was advised to send updated documentation to the linktime email to Umesh sharma who is in Pune operations and i have sent physical documents as wel but the guy has stopped replying to the mails. My father is continuously waiting for his dividend to come. It is very negligent on tech mahindra’s side

      I would like to highlight my issue that My Manager & OM doing rude behaviour against me and HR is not Supporting me in it.

          Without any warning or email warning I was told that my call was bad and I was straight forwarded for ZT and like to inform you about MTI issue my TL who charged me him itself cannot pronounce please check as all new joiners are facing the issue sharing I'd: [protected]@techmahindra.com and another who was telling me that You will be thrown out if you don't follow.. [protected]@techmahindra.com they were threatening me if I do not do job in their preferred shift they will take out ZT and throw me out of the company... And since April month I was doing shift from 2-11 or 3-12 or 5-2 which I requested as I was told I will be getting rotational shifts then too they never changed my shifts I have a family if they ask for a evening marketing. And now I am having problems applying for different companies as they have restricted my application and I have not received reliving letter so that I can apply. Ok If there was any mistake I have done should I be informed/warned by email ask them they wanted me to throw they did. It is sad being a physically challenged I cannot fight. But I can share everything ask techmahindra for warning email. If I take break I get warning email but so big issue no email this seems not good

              Hi..
              My name is Pooja Negi.
              Earlier, I thought Tech Mahindra is a very good company manages by a very good management but now i know the truth.
              So lets start,
              I was connected with a HR Ashish through Hirect App. Then they schedule my first round of interview with many other candidates in google meet. He selected me for further rounds. Then after 3 days i call him because i did nt get any updates so he tell me i will check which is fine and finally I got a msg from HR Preeti for client video call round through google meet. They both send me message that you are selected. I will share screenshot also . After 3 days i call HR Ashish about further process then he told me to connect to HR Preeti. i sent Messi to her but no response. She seen the msg but no reply... After approx 10 days i again sent her a message then she replied that did you missed any call i said no . i didn't get any call. Then she told i will check please give me you full name. now again no response.
              So i just want to know why Tech Mahindra taking interview or selecting people if you dont want to on-board employees. Due to your irresponsibility now i cannot give again interview with Flipkart before completion of 3 months.
              I just want to know why did you do this with people. Are you habitual?

                Hi there, my name is nadiyapara raj. I am from rajkot gujarat. I had applied for the chat support toll from naukri.com job portal. 13july, 2022 I had given my typing test and grammar test, I passed both. after one day at 15july, 2022 i had cleared my mock chat round and client round. at the day I had got message from our HR is I am selected and I will get call for joining. but now it's been ten days, I am waiting for the joining call. but not yet any call and HR is also not replying any message. they had not given any update. i want a solution of this problem. my HR name is svetalana madam and here is the number of HR [protected]. the another HR who suppose to call us is joyanta sir, contact number [protected]. he is also not reply any call or message.

                  So, I applied for uk retention web chat process on 14th July 2022, and before proceeding for an interview. I confirmed with the HR about in-hand salary package which I will get for the same process.
                  I cleared all the rounds of an interview, and I received my offer letter on Saturday with different salary package.
                  Also, as I already confirmed about in-hand salary with hr department before an interview so that's why I refused other Organisations offers.
                  And now I can't go to any organisation as I already refused there offers and I asked tech Mahindra HR department about joining with them same offer letter but they told me that I am in cooling period now so can't join for next 3 months.

                  What should I do now?

                      I am unable to download or find my relieving letters and have not received any on my email. Requesting you to please send me a relieving letter. As per process, It should be sent via email automatically as login credentials will get disabled after exit.

                          I have been warked since 2019 to 2020.but due to in family madical issue that time I have to left the the company 3 August 2020 with proper resign and also pay the recovery amount but why still showing my rehire status No and I am absconding the organisation.becouse when have I given the resignation to my post so speak to hr also and inform to them all issue which is happened in my family.they said that no issue with that you can resign instantly but you have to pay recovery amount which I have already paided it.but I went to Teach Mahindra 4 July 2022 for a interview and I got selected our there but the hr said that you can not join the again.so I am requesting to you please look for it the matter and removed the rehire status No my employee ID is this 630354.and office located Noida sector 62 A 8.

                            I have submitted my office assets after resignation and I also got confirmation mail regarding the submission but still after that it's been more then 4 months I have not received my experience letter and they have send me a recovery mail that I have to pay 48106 rupee . I have worked for 1 year in this company and one is bothered to help me .

                              I received the the Full and Final settlement of 162000 and they added laptop recovery as well which I have already delivered it to them and same was acknowledged by the asset team on mail. However they did not reduce the amount. 2nd mail I received saying that there's been a mistake from their end and they forgot to count my remaining leaves in it. 3rd mail I received in which the laptop amount was reduced by 30k only. I have raised ticket from their portal and it shows as resolved but nobody reached out to me nor did I get any mail. I have sent mails to BHR and she says raise ticket on the portal. I have raised for the third time and it is not resolved. My current company is asking for the reliving letter which I have not received yet due to fnf issue. I am ready to pay for 45 days notice shortfall but atleast they should send me a rectified fnf for the same

                                As i am facing health issues and recently there was emergency due to my health and due to that i want to spot resign from the company but my manager told to serve the service period for 3 months, my doctor has suggested me for operation and has to be done by 5th of June. I have to resign the company before 5th please help me with the process and i don't want to serve the service period for 3months. And if possible i want experience certificate till the time i have worked in the company.

                                  Hi, I emotionally tortured by TechMahindra.
                                  The issue begins with – I was asked to travel to – Al-Khobar, Saudi Arabia . On- 24th April 2022. For the same I have been guided by my reporting Manager (Shafique Shaikh) – He has raised the VISA for 182 Days.
                                  As per TechMahindra Policy, if I am asked to travel for more than 180 Days – I can travel with my dependent.

                                  Moreover, the project is for 8 Months and was expected that the project duration will be extended. I had a call with my reporting Manager before the travel regarding all the policies, salary etc. I also asked that if I could take my dependent & my daughter during the travel. He confirmed that I will be allowed to take and for the same I must bear the expenses. I was ok with that.
                                  As per Saudi Policy – I was asked to go through 1. Gamca Medical Test & 2. PCC- Police Clearance Certificate. Both were cleared and I was asked to submit all the documents to the vendor for Visa Stamping, I have submitted the same and once when I received the VISA – it was a shock that I was given Single Entry - Work Visit Visa= Business Visa. Before booking the Air ticket I checked with my reporting manager regarding the VISA type. He informed me that Saudi Government doesn’t give multiple entry VISA.
                                  Once I reached Saudi Arabia on 24th April, I was asked to submit signed deputation letter and the boarding pass. I submitted the same in TechMahindra Tool.

                                  Now the issue starts regarding salary
                                  I was provided Forex card where the cash will be uploaded once I raise the request for advance travel allowances. But since I raised travel request for more than 180 days I was transferred as Saudi Employee and asked to upload the Saudi bank account (TechMahindra HR Team has confirmed that the mistake was from their end changing my deputation without checking my VISA – Business VISA). But how could a person travelling on Business Visa be allowed to open bank account? – I was denied by Bank officials in Saudi that I am not allowed to open bank account.

                                  So, the 1st issue is that I will not be allowed to bring my Spouse & my daughter. 2nd issue is that I was out of cash and raised a request for advance travel allowance. But I was said that I will not be provided with travel advance and asked to raise a salary advance. Salary advance! Again, I don’t have a Saudi Bank Account!

                                  Initially I was emotionally tortured that I was not allowed to bring my Spouse & my daughter. 2nd I ran out if cash on 16th May, and there is no proper response till this date 29th May 2022 to provide me funds. So basically, what does the TechMahindra expect me to do without money in a foreign country? How will I survive without basic needs – Food, travel to office, paying hotel rent? How could I book my return ticket back to India? I cannot express in words for the torture I experienced. Now I am back at home came on emergency Basis, booked my own flight ticket.
                                  When I checked to apply leave! Since I was converted to Saudi Employee, I am not even able to apply leave!

                                  Now there are 4 issues
                                  1. I did not receive my India Salary! Because I was converted to Saudi Employee.
                                  2. I am not able to fill my timesheet nor apply leave.
                                  3. I did not receive my advance salary in forex card for on-site expenses.
                                  4. I am not allowed to bring my spouse & daughter.

                                  All this because of the HR Team mistake. There should be immediate action taken to the HR Team for emotionally torturing me.
