One of TechMahindra employee by name Seela Manojkumar ID SK00756847 he is blaming on new joiners regarding the previous employment . He will call to employee your certificates are not valid BGV fail . And bargain with employee and he will take amount and put BGV red . Again he will bargain . Do take necessary action against him. I will share all audio recordings in social sites.

I have interviewed in tech Mahindra on 21st October 2021 but i didn't receive any mail from them after that about further status or even a rejection.I called the HR who arranged my interest through flowcareer but the HR has left the organisation so can you please help.

I have interviewed with Tech Mahindra for the role of Microsoft dynamics 365 technical position. I gone through 3 rounds of technical interviews and I'm told i have cleared all rounds and panel is discussing on the further steps. I was in touch with the one who scheduled the interview through phone, he was keep saying that the panel is still discussing.
After almost a month of waiting i did not hear anything further from them, i send an official mail asking for update on my interview. Again i did not get any response from them, i called up the same person the one who scheduled my interview, he said the panel is still thinking on my application because the client of my current company project which am working on is same as the one Tech Mahindra project which I interviewed for. They are saying they need to make some kind of agreement with the client in this case when switching to other company project when the client is same.
They are not even ready to say am rejected, when i myself asked them should i take this as rejection, they said yes.

Now the issue is i have clearly mentioned my current project and client details on the very first page of my resume(highlighted). If the current client am working on was an issue, there was no point in taking 3 rounds of technical rounds and waste my time simply.

Its very unfair to make me wait for such long to say this even after i took so much of efforts and considered this opportunity very seriously to clear all 3 technical rounds with eagerness of being part of the firm. I'm very disappointed with this behavior of Tech Mahindra, i had a very good view about the company before but not anymore.

I received absconding letter from Tech Mahindra and I even replied on that but the HRs are not replying to me and are just sending emails. Please resolve it.

I joined tech m 3rd sep my trainer was Supriya mane she worst she so egoistic & pathetic she transfer me to another batch bcz I came late I informed her that i have bus issue so it's problematic to me to reach at that time even after telling her she complaint to her senior & said I didn't inform her & after this issue techm declared that everyone should take vaccine compulsory so I again informed her that I want to take vaccine without vaccine the security not allow me to came office she just seen my message & ignore & next day when I'm in row she called me so I text her that I'm in row bcz of crowd I'm not able to pick call she again complaint & tell her senior Tejaswini that I didn't inform her about vaccination & after next day bcz vaccination my fever & body pain effects me very badly in such conditions also she didn't gave me leave or half day I have to seat in ac in such condition how worst it feel after all these bcz I came late she transfer me to another batch & also after certification also she didn't create my login id for 7 days & 17 days she west my time & after this also she didn't stop her husband is my tl I informed him yesterday that I have financial issue I'm not sure that I will came or not & next day when I reached she said before login that she complaint ABT me bcz of that message & my email also send

Hello Team,

I am having a problem with the Tech Mahindra HR Team. I have qualified HR round and both technical round after that I have received candidature email from HR and I have taken all necessary action on the but after some days they put my application on hold. I just want to reason is the reason behind that why I didn't get an Offer Later?

Please review and let me know the exact reason.

I cleared the 2 rounds of assessment test of Tech Mahindra off Campus Drive 2021 and I recieved a mail on 3rd September asking to submit the educational documents for Tech Mahindra off campus drive 2021.
I have submitted the documents on 4th September but still didn't get the call letter or response from the company.
Kindly help me regarding this issue.

I have undergone interview process of Tech Mahindra off campus drive 2021. I got a mail that I have cleared my 2 rounds of interview process and got selected for Developer role on 3rd September 2021 and asked to submit required documents for verification. On 4th September I submitted my documents. It has being a month, but I still haven't got any update regarding my offer letter.

My proxy card is not working till today's date, many mails and complaints had been done but still no approval has been done yet .

My name is Kumar Raj and I was working with Tech Mahindra, Noida. My employee code was 688684. I was working for Verizon Process. I was released by Tech Mahindra on 11th Aug 2021. I served my notice period but when I received my FNF there was no break down provided to me to check the Loss of pay that I have noticed in the FNF. I raised a compalint but I got a mail from the dedicated team that I have submitted the wrong Pan card number and that is not the case, I remerber. I submitted the correct one. In my process we get points for the upselling the Verizon products. I made around 500 to 600 points which is equal to 10 thoundsand Amazon coupon. My Team lead (Arnab De) confirmed me before leaving that I will be getting all the points but they deactivated my account and I lost all my points and now they are not taking any action regarding it. My Team lead is also not responding and same with the Manager. I have been raising this concern from past one and half months but no actions so far.
Please take action regarding this as I worked really hard to upsell the product to get the points. It is an Indian company and they don't show any respect to the employees. This is really unfair. Why these big IT companies treat their employee like this. Please take some action aginst them.

As a fresher i appear for tech Mahindra recruitment and cleared the assessment and got a mail to submit document, i submitted all my documents on 3 rd September but still i don't get any kind of response from tech Mahindra team. It's highly unprofessional atleast the company should inform how much time it will take

On aug 19 I got my second survey in that I mention I will get results on sep15 but till now I didn't get next survey when they will send next survey or they kept me on hold
