I apply for work from home jobs in Tech Mahindra . They give me a project to complete within 7 days and salary will be 72000. After submiting the project they told me pay gst process fee of Rs 13110 after I pay they again said gst calculation is wrong so you have to pay extra Rs 21288 total 34398 after you pay salary will release. After I pay Rs 21288 they agin said pay 54890 for documentation charges and I didn't pay this money they force me to pay the money. I add some mails and I request to take legal actions.

Hello. I am an employee of Tech Mahindra Bengaluru, working in bpo sector for Amazon process in banglore. Today am depressed and i would like to raise a complaint against the management of this particular process(Amazon voice process). The management and the leaders are least bothered about their employees and they don't care about their salaries. They don't mind terminating people if their concerns are raised. This process is an international process and managers are running it like a domestic process. WFM team of this process not sure what we do on calls and they are maintaining the call flow. They respond to associates like morans and rowdies"in local languages". They don't give proper breaks and they change our auxes without our consent. They make us available to pick the next call within 10 Seconds where as we are supposed to take a breather for a min after each call "given by the client". This is making employee's job tough and feels not good to work in this environment with no professionalism. They make us available to take calls even when we are on bio breaks so that we miss a call and they have something to blame us. Have escalated this to the process manager several times and got no help. Team leaders wants us to keep them informed if not feeling well and needs leave. When we keep them informed they don't reply back or acknowledge it and directly they call it as NCNS which is no call no show. End of the month that's affecting our salary and score card. Keeping this reason they terminate people. I joined tech m because it is such a great company it stands in top 5 And i assumed it cares their employees and the job is secured. I wanted to grow asking with such a beautiful company but what's happening here. People with domestic experience have got the managers position and running an international process like a domestic process with all those unnecessary pressure. They want us to meet our target with this pressure, and with the disrespect? I feel very sad for where i am. I have huge respect on tech Mahindra and so all the associates. Plzzzzzz help us from the managers and WFM folks. Please change them. My humble request behalf of the Amazon process associates. We are getting treated so so bad. We are not getting paid properly as the company promised. I had to pay fine for my loans and emi's just coz i didn't get my salary due to the process management error. Save Amazon process associates. Save Tech Mahindra reputation.

When I start my conversational test it show warning microphone not connected and screen automatically closed .plz resume my test .

My wife ia employee of your company . She is doing work under pressure fromm 6 am to 12 am midnight to complete work .
And the team leader bothered her.

But how i solved the all questions accurately & program is also runed so why should not cleared my 2nd round

HELLO SIR, I got an issue while attending the test, i have completed one of the session and accidentally when closing one session THE WHOLE TEST WAS SUBMITTED and i have not attended other remaining sessions So kindly give a chance for attending other sessions to complete the TEST.

I have taken Tech Mahindra off campus online assessment without entering registration id.Is it okay or should i retake my exam

I was first time trying to register Tech Mahindra drive, but I was notified as "You are already registered. Please login with your registration ID and PIN to complete/view registration." Though I tried with different mail Id and phone number the same problem persist. Please sort out this problem as soon as possible so that it would be help full for me to proceed with the registration.

Last Saturday its a water leakage in Tech Mahindra Sector 12 noida... Many complaints has been registered but till now issue not be resolved, kindly take this seriously & resolved the same ASAP .

I joined tech Mahindra as a consultant, my November month's payment is still pending and the people are completely ignorant about it.
No body is letting me know the status of my payment.
Even when I was working with them my salary was pending for couple of months, my diwali was ruined because of them.
If required I can share every person's name who are ignorant.

I have been working with Tech mahindra hyderabad, in a project named verizon. I have been hired for non voice and there was a requirement for company in voice they moved me into voice process of verizon. I served 3 years for the same process which was little difficult for me and yet times I performed well and low sometimes. I did serve Over time sometimes when company needed. For every new parameter is added in process worked accordingly to the level I can.. I always asked for non voice back which I never got and addressed and in return I got attitude superiors who just push agent but won't do anything even after complaining about previous supervisor. I took every harsh and worst meetings. Now I need my relieving and I want an immediate relieving cause I am switching my career.. I can't work both sides. When they need agent for voice I did support and now it's my turn they should help me with my relieving immediately.

This is to bring in your notice that one of your Flipkart Process employee (Ashwani Kumar Shrivastava, Resident of Delhi), has got some old employment blank letter heads & subimitting Fake Experience Certificates which are duly stamped and signed on Behlaf of Previous Company, which is totally manupulated & fake. No such Documents Issues from past company.

I got selection mail. Had HR discussion and documents submitted on 6 December 2021.
I am trying to follow up on mails but no response.. Already 40 days passed and no offer letter roll out.. I got selected on the Hackathon test given on 21 November 2021...I am not sure whether I will get offer letter or not.. I am very much interested in the role.. Good after noon, I am Reganti Naday kumar . I am completed all rounds of campus selection process in Tech mahindra. December 16th i got document verification mail, my all documents are not with me at this, in the moth of january 5th i got Candidature cancellation mail . January 5th i submitted all my documents. Could you please tell me, is this possible to join Tech mahindra now.

I am g.swathi.I got selected for tech mahindra through hackathon as a java developer in november.we had a hr discussion for salary negotiation and location I am looking for.After getting appproval for this they sent me a documentation mail to submit my documents.I have submitted all required documents on december 7th expecting that soon i wiil get offer letter and super excited to join tech mahindra.Afterthis I have followed my recruiter to get the update, at starting she said l have sent for the approval, after that she said that I am on a leave i will update you soon.Again i called her she said it may take some time as it involves three level business approval process.After 10 days I called her to know about the approval then she said we are not getting the approvals for the hackathon selected candidates as there are no open positions for them.Then what is the use of asking for the documents when there are no open positions.It is better to convey this to the candidate at that time only, what the use of conducting, selecting candidates through hackathon when they are not willing to join them.keeping this in mind I had not given any other interview expecting that i will receive an offer letter, even i got relieved from my current company.I dont know why they are playing with candidates future and time when are not interested to take them.I did not expected this type of responce from a prestegious company tech mahindra. I have all the proofs mails and messages.

I was selected in Tech M for ASE on 2nd dec 2021, they send me mail and said to send all documents before 4th dec 2021.
and i submitted all documents on 3rd dec.
from that day i didn't got any mail or call from HR.
i aslo sent mail to them that how much time required for the process or is there any documentation correction ? but no reply, then i again i sent mail to them that i didn't received offer letter or joining mail.
Then i got mail from HR on 27th dec 2021 that they need one document i.e CMM/PDC and i immediately replied on that mail with all documents with CMM and PDC. and aslo sent them separate mail with documents.
but today on 28th dec 2021 i got mail of Candidature cancellation .
And in that mail it is mentioned that, i have not provided CMM/PDC in given time period. so, your candidature process is cancelled.

Now the one thing is here that i have submitted all documents with CMM and PDC,
they not even send me mail after i sent documents and they not even called me.
and direct cancellation mail they sent me.
and i have all screenshot and mail proof of that

now, Is this the way of joining process of such huge IT company or is this the way to hand candidate ?
