I don't have anything bad to say of this organisation
It's just the management
It's all haywire and nasty up the heirarchy
I have worked in tech Mahindra for 1 year 1 month
I got a some Personal issues and getting work pressure and I really needed the growth
So I put down a resignation
However they didn't allowed for spot resignation. They told me to serve 30 days of notice period but 30 days was equal to 30 months for me. I was not capable to handle much pressure anymore. Because many associates have been left the job from our team and got all the pressure on us.
I am refused for spot resignation by my managers manager.
Even I have submitted the resignation on 15th and id card to them talked with the manager, Im getting absconding letters on my mail.
I am refused to leave without completing 30 days of notice.
I'm expecting relieving or experience letter from that organization for my hardwork.
I am refused a fine of buyout option.
I need help regarding this matter

My name is Dheeraj and I was selected for Customer care Executive for TEch Mahindra Noida region (WFH), as per HR and process hr should release my LOI (letter of intent ) but no one follow the process I have get these issue with tech M and I am very disappointed :

1. tool which need to use handle customer, get in 16th day which should provide in day 3 or 4 to better practices

2. LOI not release, which should release within 3 to 4 days and when I ask last time with manager in Meet than he told that are you certified I said no than he stop me to login for certification and ask to leave the meet in front of 16 to 20 agents

My name is Sandipan Das emplyee I'd -681898.I was in Tech Mahindra kolkata in od filpkart process.
On May 10th, I have submitted resignation so my notice period ends on June 8th, . But unfortunately, I was tested covid positive on May 24th. So I was on a covid leave from 25th to June 8th which completes 14days of paid leave. But still full and final settlement payslip is showing a negative amount which is Rs-1846.70 .Do I need to work with the coronavirus? Please solve the problem its a request. And pay me my overtime amount for the month of May which is Rs2, 807 . I have already shared this information with HR Gargi she said on or before 17 sept I will get my pending salary and the experience letter. Now this was completely a wrong information because today it's 17 th sept and I am still waiting. No one is responding and it's more than 3 months now. I am not eligible for any interviews until and unless I get my experience letter. Please kindly solve the problem. I am jobless for more than 3 months.When I shared the OT amount with HR Gargi she kept on saying that leave the OT amount for the 1st may she tried her level best to lessen the amount .I do not know why tech Mahindra is not giving the OT amount. And why the HR Gargi is bergaining with me ? I have sent so many mails but I am only getting a response which says issue resolved.
Please take immediate action to solve this problem as I am in huge trouble.

I got selected in Tech Mahindra on 2nd Sep 2021 and I submitted my all documents on 4th Sep 2021. It's been more than 15days since still not received my offer letter or any update mail. I'm kindly requesting you to do the needful as soon as possible.

I have raised reimbursement claim on 31st July 2021 and it’s approved on 6th Aug 2021. It’s been more than a month now from the claim approved status. As per the Medi assist executive over the call, It will take 7 days (business days) to get approved amount to the insured bank account from the date of claim approved.

It is already exceeded the 7 business days and still I have not received the claim amount. Please help...

I have applied for tech mahindra and got the registration and pin id and did'nt get the assement link .waiting for the response.

I couldn't write the non-sde tech assessment due to technical difficulties even everything was no issue i even reported it during the exam time but still im getting same problem saying i completed the test. Can i get update on rewriting the exam?

I got selected in Tech Mahindra on 13th July 2021 and it's been more than 50 days. I submitted my all documents on the first day itself. Now I came to know that my joining documents are still pending. I followed up with RMG, HR, Trainer, Operations if any documents pending on a regular basis but they assured me that i[censored] haven't got any reply that means you have submitted all the documents. My interview was done before 15 days for Hyderabad location. But also after interview, I got a mail that I got selected and I also HR discussion. She said she will send me offer letter.

But till now I haven't received. I'm really worried. Please let me know.
