I was working with the organization on a good i have whats up chatting and call recording what did say me my team leader and manager that was day
And i was before one month ago talk to him my manager jitedra sir and my team leader sidh shah i also talk to him about take a livs and his say me yes everything will be ok don't worry so why his doing like that with me? Please help me.
And i talk to h r head but she's didn't answer hearing me my questions write now i have no job how can i manage my family issues and thay are 3rd feb to 30 feb say me wait everything will be ok now his say me you are not continue job with in this company.
Onlly for the 7 days not do to mail for the liv and now no hr no teem leader manger not hearing me any bady not seaport to me and i am holiday, endipansday without liv i was working in this company in this case's i was take liv onlly for my family issues like medical
Brought me to leave the organization i am worried as i have no jobs since then can u please help me out i am really in need of help i need job

I gave interviews like 2-3 times in Tech Mahindra Located in Chandigarh but when the time of joining comes the date changes like the colour of a chameleon...its shameless or the lack of their management that they are not able to give a proper date of joining as this joining problem happened 3 times like this to me... 😡
Latest date was 23rd Feb which I was assigned for the joining

I have applied for online pf withdraw and that claim has been settled however balance not credited my account due to bank account miss match issue my bank account number is-[protected] however pf office sent money through neft this number[protected] so there first number 0 missing, i have already inform to pf office regarding this issue by mail and they reply me for fill the asr form with supporting documents and employer signature and stamp also so i have visited to kolkata tech mahindra branch but kolkata hr ansar ali told me that they have not authorised to signature and stamp also because of all things are online so as soon as possible please solve this issue.

This is to inform you that after giving the resignation it's been more than 90 days i haven't received my fnf settlement and salary. Whenever i visit the office for the discussion they always come up with excuses that hr is in meeting, busy, email to xyz email account and all.

I from b. Sc background (2019passout) got selected for techm on june 26th 2019 which was held at bahdurpally hyderabad campus. I got an congratulating mail from techm on august 7th 2019 that i got selected and they provide an application form. Later i got an another mail on december 6th regarding offer letter with the role of ase and doj on december 16th 2019. But in nxt day i got an call that i got an wrong offer letter with wrong role, location, package and i will get an revised offer letter in few days time. It's becoming 2mnths but still there is no any information about offer letter. And they are not replying my mails. Please could you tell me how much time it will takes to get offer letter.

My team leader aliuddin want to be in no 1 position and always behaves in rude way n speaks the # you leave this office and this constantly repeated, to be mentioned on a daily basis, never encourages us n wantedly even after logout takes half n hour meeting daily which is not necessary but just to scold us as #
Is this the way the teamleaders behaves with the employees n team mates

I cleared all the rounds and post hr discussion i was told within 10 days i would be receiving offer letter. Also, twice i was asked to share documents.
Till date i haven't received any update.
Inspite of multiple followup.

I was working with the organization on a good note but one day this guys asif who was my mentor instead of helping me on calls he use to trouble me he use to touch me which made me uncomfortable to take calls and i got a dpa to fail on a particular call which brought me to leave the organization i am worried as i have no jobs since then can u please help me out i am really in need of help

Hi my name komal raut and working tech mahidra shardha cente pune.

I have complain i am sending daily work tracker but as per manager padeep no need send tracker. Then how can i show work.

Actually all newly hire employee leave companies with 2 to 3 moths due to manager behavior and process work it. Restricted on all activities like lauch. Arranging unethical shift timing and changing shift with out roster.

I gave my resignation on 27th august 2019. It was an fnf case the hr told me my salary will be credited within 60 days. The period is over and now the new hr is asking me to wait for another 60-90 days as she has no idea about my case. There is no coordination between the hr department. The new hr do not know what the previous hr did. I can't wait for that long. This is completely unacceptable.

Why do you have hr turaya and christen who are not ready to understand the concern nor they understand what we are saying but in the name of help they fire all without warning letters and tell lies by saying they removed as the person was not working even after working for 7 days continuously from 9am to 9pm. Tl and sme anirudh used to give leads after 4pm. Why do you keep such employees. Bad a quality people still

I am working as a cse in flipkart process

I got certified on 25 sep and joined the floor on 26 sep

Lan id was issued to me by 23 oct and i updates the account details on the same day

On my pace hr only salary of 9 days is updated and joining bonus is not there

Concerned person is saying that you will get your joinig bonus by 15 oct whereas i am working for more than 2 months with tech mahindra and i did not received any amount yet

I want my whole amount by 31 oct

It can not go the way its going

Please do something

My first job and i am having worst experience

I received a offer letter saying my profile has been selected by company out of 128 candidates in which the requirement is 28 posts. I received it thorough phone message and mail. They asked me to pay 1000 rupees, which is the security amount and in that they insisted that it is refundable during the time of recruitment and the gate pass will be sent through courier. It had proper bank account with the same company name. After sending the...

I got a mail regarding a job. The mail says we are giving you job as your profile got shortlisted in naukari.com. They want me to pay rs.1000/- as a security deposit and asked me to share all my details. Please take some action against these fraud who are doing these kind of activities and put them jail so that they can never do any kind of these fraud things anymore.

Currently in tech mahindra from sept-2018,
Got a project where in they held my project allocation for 4 months or so in name of training (Was working for the project but still was considered to be on buisness wait).
Later was mapped into the project and am asked to work in 2nd (15:00-00:00) shift by my manager but he isn't approving my allowance for about 6 months now, reason being my team doesn't get enough billing...

Can anyone suggest how to act forward without risking my job...

I searched on google for fake tech mahindra offer letters and same letter popped up in my search.
I am just helping company like they should introduce a department which keeps check on all these fake activities.
