Women are ask to work after 7pm without providing cab facility or any security protection.
Public transport is very worst in the viman nagar area as we cannot get direct transport from most of the part of pune to viman nagar. Need change atleast two buses.
The condition becomes worst after 7pm
As the frequency is very less and all buses are crowded.
And in the rainy season it becomes worst than ever.
Tech mahindra ask there employees to wait till the target gets complete and as hourly in timing
Means in done at 10:10am will be considered as 11am in and to complete your 9 hours you have wait till 8pm
And even after that if your target is not completed.
For women employee company should not ask them to stay after 7pm.
If they are doing so they should provide home drop facility with security.
And this should be strictly followed

Sorry to tell that we are happy to work for company but the problems in working here are that our tl vallari desai's behavior is not good at all... She is very rude in spite of no mistakes she misbehaves and same goes for the manager... We had given complain in office verbally and written too., but nothing changed plz take some action... Hr also doing same thing... Ignoring complains.. And some salary issues are going on tooo

I missed out on procuring my relieving letter 5 years back and now need it. I was working out of tech m hyderabad in 2014. The exit team doesn't even have my records and neither the portal carries it. They asked for my resignation acceptance which i sent them on email and they mentioned they ll send it shortly. How? When? Is not answered at all. The exit team doesnt have a number just an automated mailbox. Pls help.

I worked with the then "satyam computers" from oct 2006 to march 2010. From oct 2006 to april 2008 i was in chennai..in t, nagar and nungabakkam working with satyam computers in "presales". Later i was transferred to hyderabad and i worked there in madhapur from may 2008 to march 2010.
Please let me know, how do i claim my pf money from this company and i tried a lot reaching concerned team. Please let me know how to get my balance pf amount from "satyam computers" now the "tech mahindra". I am not getting any response from anyone.. I am trying to reach and let me know the process of getting back my pf amount with satyam company.! Please respond

I have received a job offer for Tech Mahindra through shine.They are demanding an amount for document verification. They are asking me an amount of 5050. This is a fake offer.Kindly respond me for this.
He asked us first for 3000 and then after he asked 5050. With this he says that he has legal authorisation giving a fake job offer.

Regarding my experience letter and relieving letter which is not released yet, they are collecting 154000 outstanding amount, i don't know exact reason of collecting this amount even i dropped mail multiple time to pacehr&hub team for call back to me for more clarification so that i can figure it out.
I have paid all taxes till march 2019 every month my salary was deducted with tax and after march 2019, april 2019 onwards i had declaired my investment information in pacehr and i have leaved techmahindra in 19 july 2019, at the time of released techmahindra i have submitted all the investment proof, so from april to july 2019 i don't know on which basis they are collecting outstanding amount of inr 154000 even i didn't get advanced salary from techmahindra.
I have seen in my finalsettlement slip and fullnfinaltax slip like advanced salary recovery amount is there which is techmahindra collecting from my end.

Please do the needful help and release my experience and relieving letter asap.

I was contact by a staffing agency "true tech solutions" for a job opportunity at samsung for data annotator post. They told me that my parent company is tech mahindra. I went for an interview to samsung and got through. After all the documentation, now the staffing agency is telling that tech mahindra is not ready to release the offer letter as my notice period in tcs is 90 days. I have already resigned tcs and now my career is at jeopardy. I already informed them before the interview that i can't guarantee immediate joining. Now i have requested my current employer and i am getting released in 60 days. I have informed the same to the staffing agency, "true tech solutions" but still they are saying that tech mahindra is not ready to release the offer letter. I really want to know what's happening and i need the offer letter. I would request you to help me out as i am the only bread winner of my family. Please throw light on this issue and help me with the offer letter. Please understand that if my career is spoilt like this then my family will die as i am the only earning member in my family and i won't let this happen. The hrs of this staffing agency who contacted me are roshni ramesh and priya. They are the ones who told mew that tech mahindra is not ready to release my offer letter. How can tech mahindra just spoil the life and career of an employee just because he/she has to serve the notice period in his/her current company for 90 days??? Yes, i did tell them that buyout option is available in tcs for 30 days but i never guaranteed that i can join in 30 days. Each company has some norms and policies and everyone is very much aware of tcs strict policies. Its unfair to not release the offer letter just because a person can't join immediately. I have qualified and i need the offer letter. I want justice..
Please hold this agency by the cuff of their neck if they are fraud. Request you to update me asap.

Tech mahindra recruiting officers for non voice and putting them into calls. And terminating the employees within a week. On non performance ground holding the salaries for 60days. So many employees are suffering. Waste company ever seen lot of deductions in the salary. Request the people who have dependents please don't join the company

Please look into this matter and help common human being.

Madhavi residing at balamurugan street owing a mahindra tuv and when ever the car is given for service the person at service station mis behaves, though he was warned no action has been taken on the manager behalf. Either change the manager at the work station at anna nagar. This was already complained to many higher people at the mahindra cars, no use, kindly change the person.

I am trying to call and mail, these people do not respond even if i am at the office gate. They tell to go to pune office with no contact number or valid justification.

Just a simple seal is needed as part of attestation.

Sir i have health issues so i can't continue my job so i leave tech m in march 26th and signed the resignation letter. The hr team says your sallary will credit within 45 days but 80 days gone still didn't credit to my account i contacted hr team more than 15times in this 80 days no response and hr imran (Ambattur branch) says contact me above 7 pm and i contacted tech m reception officers told me hr imran's shift over in 6 pm every day i disappointed sir. My name is akash gaikwad, i was worked for tech mahindra from june 2018 to april 2019 and its such been an honor to working with them, my office located at viman nagar giga space it park, delta tower, 5th floor.

My last working day was 30 of april 2019 now its been more than 50 days but my salary has not credited toward me.

Also not provided any confirmation regarding this.

Hr told me on the last working day that your salary will be provided after 45 days.

My name is Raviteja, I'm frm viskhapatnam, recently I went to interview (Amazon process) in tech mahindra vizag location, and I cleared all rounds they said u r selected...(It means u r staff agreed that i have skills)And ask me attend for documentation .. I went for documentation after all this process, the hr said that sorry ur not valid for us(Tech mahindra). she said... As per our company rules +2 is mandatory.. And now the topic is i completed 10 after that ITI and then i completed degree (Distance education) from Andhra University... So i don't have +2. Sir/Madam plz i'm requesting u to change ur company rules that not to accept as per certificate... Plz accept as per stuff(skills) in India r anywhere on this earth... So plz I'm requesting to think about my issues, as well rule of +2 mandatory rule... Bcoz I loose my job in my (dream company) with this rules... Plz take some action on this issue sir/madam, and I hope I'll get positive reply frm u in soon sir/madam.

What type of policies you have that your employees use abusive languages and misbehave then teach others to misbehave. Uneducated unexperienced are given promotions and then speak arrogantely to others as they are promoted. What do you think is this what is called policy and you keep such people in and remove those who suffer. It is good you should be ashamed for these things instead of dumping others and making fuss. Liars and dump employee in Viman Nagar, Pune. Hello Mr. Anand Mahindra give justice and remove those who create this dramatic sceens around. If someone is asking for justice you should help them does not mean they are going to join you. Please Check online your reviews also in Quora . People are writing what they experience they are not been asked by those who suffered with your misbehaviours.

I have attended an interview in tech Mahindra, Bangalore on 17th may and I have cleared all the rounds and HR round as well. I was told that I will get an offer within 10- 15 days but after 10 days hr updated me that there is a freeze in hiring lateral employee so you will not get offer .can you please help me on this.
