Hello sir i think you are my one hope place for get results about my queary.
My issue about right now i am working with tech mahindra in thaltej area.
Issue is i am apply my leave befor 10 to 15 days but my team leader is denying evey time and force me to say i am not given any leave and that time i need leave for my family reason but his not care and then after i done unplanned leave.in my team every advisor same issue but no one can speak about this because off job need. I am also needy person but i request to you take some action about this.

I humble request to you sir who get this my issue

I have working in tech mahindra for about 1 year in airtel voice process at noida sector 64.in the last year i got one 2 one mail to me from isha shah for the pf withdrawal. I have visited to the office several times for the pf details since then no resolution has been given to me. For my own hard earned money i not able to get it. Kindly do the needful as you are left my last hope here.

I did that. The web site to record the details was not working and so have emailed the concerned folks many times.

They keep sending me notices. Today i have received a legal notice.

Since they don't pick up the phone, respond to my email communications and keep sending me legal notices, this constitutes -
1. Harassment
2. Wastage of my time

I premanand thirumurthy, have worked for mahindra satyam in sdc banglore from '09/12/2010' to '06/01/2012'. During this period mahindra satyam has deducted my pf and deposited in ap/23034/85014 account. My mahindra satyam employee id is 92702. I tried to withdraw my pf couple of times by sending email as well as written request to mahindra satyam, but have not received any positive response from mahindra satyam....

Cant explain in text.. I need a call support to tell something about this person, who works at tech mahendra which is at hitech city hyderabad.
He is entering into others personal life and creating problems. So i just want to talk with him. I am not able to contact him. As he dont know the problem i have to inform him. So take a necessary step to solve this problem.

My name is abdullah nauman an ex employee of tech mahindra sez hyderabad id# 530160. I got terminated from the company for an understandable reason i was not well i dint go to office. They terminated me and i am still jobless because people looking at my stability in the interviews. I agree there was no good communication between me and my team leader but i told this to the manager and the hr as well long time ago telling them my team leader is very rude in behavior and he call it fun and i am not liking it as i am coming to work here. I asked them to please change my team and they said wait for sometime and after sometime i got terminated. And before termination i have paid 19 thousand from my salary for medical insurance i asked the hr who was terminating me he said no matter what this is your last day and he didnt have the reason for doing that. Is there someone who can do something?

Sir i am working in flipkart process in it park chd. Tech mahindera. Now days tl and am are giving so much pressure that they donot even let go girls and boys for washroom and lunch they are making fun of the people working by letting them ask four to five times for wash room. Specialy girls are getting humiliated even when people come at 10am till 5pm though they fixed there time for lunch. Due to this work culture every body in the flipkart process is leaving the job. I think more then 50% people. This also effect the image of tech mahindera if this happen continuosly. Sir i requested to take some action against this so that company image doesnot spoil.

Hi i am one of the employees in tech mahindra hyderabad hi-tech city location i want to raise a complain about transport, cafeteria and washrooms worst transport ever i can say no proper response and the way the treat the employees they don't care for them at all and about cafeteria saturday and sunday we have office and we work for night shifts we don't find cafeteria open only sandwich will be available i don't know why is no one taking it seriously no 1 will respond appropriately and even this is one of the reasons for getting sick or spoiling our health. So please do take care of this i don't know where exactly to complain so please escalate it to the right department if this is not your department please

I have left the company and its been 100 days now. Still i didnt receive my final pay. I have raised requests for the same at remember. Techmahindra.com but all seems to be in vain as i did not receive even a single response from them.

My first issue was concern regarding the overtime pay. I have done 3 days overtime in my last month of the company, for which i was supposed to get overtime bonus but i received a clearance checklist mail which showed overtime bonus 0. I raised a request on this as soon as i received the email, but no response for this even.

Very pathetic experience from the company. No proper help and support. Please help me to get the final pay along with the overtime bonus as soom as possible

I am an employee at tech mahindra chandiarh, employee ID 572166 . I have faced partiality from HR at workplace. On 26th nov'18 i told management of AT&T (the project I am aligned in) that at time of joining i was told that it is 24*7 process but now i came to know and i was told that there are chiefly night shifts only i the process. I discussed my health issues with management and HR but i was refused for adjustments .I said i do not want to leave company or abscond hence if possible please reallocate me to some other projects on locations: pune, lucknow or chandigarh itself bu HR Manminder Singh and his female counterpart(i dont know her name) denied any cooperation to me.

It is quite disappointing that HR at tech mahindra follow different HR policies for different employees. There are 3 employees, my collegues :vishal saini, sahil heer and neha kapoor whose on the spot resignation was accepted and they were promised to be iven salaray, relievin letter and experience letter within 90 days but when i approached HR MANMINDER SINGH for the same he gave me reason that he cant acccept my resignation and i shall have to serve 2 months notice period even though the fact is same as those who left even i was not live and i was in OJT only. Such partiality and injustice cant be tolerated . Kindly ake strict action against such HR who make their own TECH MAHINDRA policies and harass female employee by not supporting her in any condition .

My name is neha i am working in h-33 noida sector-63 for vodafone process as a customer care executive, here team leader giving as much as work pressure as they can, they are not even let us go for the washroom and not even for lunch and tea from start of the job to end of the working day, if i reach tech mahindra at 8 am then they will only leave me for a break at 4:30 pm, and for a customer care executive there is not proper environment and not proper equipment they dont even have a good headphone, if i wear the headphone my ear paining as daily basis, they are taking too much work from us and giving only inr 8500, tech mahindra harrasing the girls and boys for vodafone process. I will tweet and email to mr. Anand mahindra and mahindra top officials and vodafone too for the same.

I wanted to withdraw my pf online from the epf portal. But, i am not able to proceed further, since iam getting error message stating that "my father name missing in uan". When i downloaded my uan card my father name was not displaying on the card. I verified it online and i cam to know that only employer can update the needful information on the epfo portal. Kindly help me on this.
I have also raised request related to this with request i'd - 600169, but no response till now.
Iam not getting proper email i'd or contact details to connect to tech mahindra

I have received a call from tech mahindra for joining the job in hdfc bank as a data operator work then he told me your joining starting fee 1550/- after you deposit amount in our account you join the work then he tell me deposit more amount 7000/- in our account then we join the job but i not agree i saying him you return my payment 1550/- but he dont refund my amount in my account so please take hard action in fake organization & return my amount.

My wife is working in tech mahindra electronic city branch in nestle project.
We got married recently, and we are currently staying around 30 km from her office, my wife requested for project change, and she completed transition to new resource and but project manager ang hr are harassing her saying they will not allow to get release of the project. And hr is saying she will make her as absconding and she threatening.

Also heard the same hr is torturing other pregnant ladies also even though they are eligible for work from home / leave.

I got released from techmahindra may-5-2017 (Associate id 419017) and i request to pf withdrawn and i submitted all the forms along with cheque. But i didn't get any proper response. Last few months am following you to withdrawn my pf account, now your saying to withdraw through online. I tried online but in online website is not allowing to withdrawn it is saying withdrawn through concerned trust. Please find the screenshot. And do it from your side. Last 1.5 years and raising request but your not giving any proper response... And simply closing the ticket.

I applied for machine learning engineer job in tech mahendra as a contractor. I successfully qualified first round of interview. They arranged the second round of interview with client morgan stanley. I was waiting for a web interview but nobody showed up even the host. I called tech mahendra host nivas, but he did not pick the phone. I called several times, but no reply. Suddenly he called at 2.45 pm pst, and said your interview in next 15 min without even explaining anything, (No apologize). I waited in webex for 30 min, again nobody showed up, the link was not working. I sent email but no reply. Suddenly i got a random call from someone without prior notice, no introduction, no background. I thought a recruiter is calling me. After 15 min i realized that somebody is trying to take my interview, i was taking lunch. I already shut off my computer. Finally, i ended up giving an interview on street with background noise.

I think this is a completely unprofessional way to treat the applicant and conduct the interview. I am human, not the robot to earn money for your company.

Two-time cancellation of webex interview. I waited 45 min and then 30 min. I kept calling but nobody picked the phone. I did not know what is going now at your end. I was worried and contacting and calling but it looks like you guys don’t care about the feeling of human being.

Suddenly i got the random call without proper notice and suddenly asking the questions and
The time of interview was 1.30, i waited for 2.15. Then it was shifted to 3 pm. Nobody showed up, no prior information about cancellation or change.
My god that the way you treat other people time. No respect for time and money.

Surprisingly the call was not even 3 pm, somebody called me at 3.45 pm. I was taking lunch. I am sorry to say that but i did not even know who called me for what purpose. I shut down my all my computers. I was in the road giving an interview. Wowww

Moreover, the mode of the interview was webex, not telephonic one. How can somebody irresponsible.

Please ask me i have all the details of phone call and emails and interview scheduled and cancellation information.

This is a terrible experience of life with unprofessional people. The report should of such behavior go ceo of tech mahendra and morgan stanley. If they don't have appropriate action, it should go to each and every people, so that people should know what is the hidden truth.
I will make sure to share my real life experience in twitter and facebook channel too. So that people should know what is going on tech field with the contractor.

I mylavarapu srikanth & pf account no. Pu/0034224/0142894. I had worked with tech mahindra limited from febrauary 2013 to may 2016. I had submitted my pf form. Now 3 years going to get completed and still i did not receive my pf amount in my present company (I. E., capgemini india) pf account. But i had contacted to tech mahindra limited the company is saying that they have given & submitted all the details to the pf office. Yet i did not receive the amount in the my present company (I. E., capgemini india) pf account (Pu/0031643/0082551). Please help me out in receiving my pf amount.

I had worked 10 and half years with tech m. Malad. With take home of 37000. Firstly they pressurized us come from non call taking to call taking staff when there was availability then called us on saturday also for work we demanded 2 months salary and let us go but company fitted us with sales that was management decision which i was already upset about..
Now i was told that i will get my pf by 28th of last month got a supporting email too. I got an email with pf amount to be dispatched of just 48480 more than 10years with tech m. And my pf details when i ask it i have been pushed like a ball from one court to another.

Tech m never respected their employs when we were there nor now when we are not there. The person named amol is very rude to hang up the call when asking about pf. Wanted to ask him how did they derive this rate no explanation.

I am tech mahindra employee since 1 feb 2017 to 15 feb 2018. I have approved my three days holiday but tech mahindra hr team did not approved my three days holidays. And my team leader said to me that was provided you holidays for three days. But he given me a wrong commitment about my holidays, nobody informed me that my holidays was cancled. When i was complete my three days holidays and i came to office then hr team told me that you absconded from tech mahindra. After that i decided to re-join tech mahindra. And given interview to other process. I got electe for process. I got 25 days of process training and i was certified and work on floor 8 days. Its all happened, then hr team told me that you absconded case we can't hired you. And they told me that we have fired you of this job right now. Actually they wasted my 2 months. And not provide my salary.
