Madhavi residing at balamurugan street owing a mahindra tuv and when ever the car is given for service the person at service station mis behaves, though he was warned no action has been taken on the manager behalf. Either change the manager at the work station at anna nagar. This was already complained to many higher people at the mahindra cars, no use, kindly change the person.

Its been a week i am trying to reach a hr named sharmila and navya. They are the only two hr handling pf department.
I am trying to call and mail, these people do not respond even if i am at the office gate. They tell to go to pune office with no contact number or valid justification.

Just a simple seal is needed as part of attestation.

Sir i have health issues so i can't continue my job so i leave tech m in march 26th and signed the resignation letter. The hr team says your sallary will credit within 45 days but 80 days gone still didn't credit to my account i contacted hr team more than 15times in this 80 days no response and hr imran (Ambattur branch) says contact me above 7 pm and i contacted tech m reception officers told me hr imran's shift over in 6 pm every day i disappointed sir. My name is akash gaikwad, i was worked for tech mahindra from june 2018 to april 2019 and its such been an honor to working with them, my office located at viman nagar giga space it park, delta tower, 5th floor.

My last working day was 30 of april 2019 now its been more than 50 days but my salary has not credited toward me.

Also not provided any confirmation regarding this.

Hr told me on the last working day that your salary will be provided after 45 days.

Tech mahindra guys please get sorted out this don't trouble to your genuine employee. My i'd was ay00565686.

My name is Raviteja, I'm frm viskhapatnam, recently I went to interview (Amazon process) in tech mahindra vizag location, and I cleared all rounds they said u r selected...(It means u r staff agreed that i have skills)And ask me attend for documentation .. I went for documentation after all this process, the hr said that sorry ur not valid for us(Tech mahindra). she said... As per our company rules +2 is mandatory.. And now the topic is i completed 10 after that ITI and then i completed degree (Distance education) from Andhra University... So i don't have +2. Sir/Madam plz i'm requesting u to change ur company rules that not to accept as per certificate... Plz accept as per stuff(skills) in India r anywhere on this earth... So plz I'm requesting to think about my issues, as well rule of +2 mandatory rule... Bcoz I loose my job in my (dream company) with this rules... Plz take some action on this issue sir/madam, and I hope I'll get positive reply frm u in soon sir/madam.

What type of policies you have that your employees use abusive languages and misbehave then teach others to misbehave. Uneducated unexperienced are given promotions and then speak arrogantely to others as they are promoted. What do you think is this what is called policy and you keep such people in and remove those who suffer. It is good you should be ashamed for these things instead of dumping others and making fuss. Liars and dump employee in Viman Nagar, Pune. Hello Mr. Anand Mahindra give justice and remove those who create this dramatic sceens around. If someone is asking for justice you should help them does not mean they are going to join you. Please Check online your reviews also in Quora . People are writing what they experience they are not been asked by those who suffered with your misbehaviours.

I have attended an interview in tech Mahindra, Bangalore on 17th may and I have cleared all the rounds and HR round as well. I was told that I will get an offer within 10- 15 days but after 10 days hr updated me that there is a freeze in hiring lateral employee so you will not get offer .can you please help me on this.

All came by asking or by butter coating to sagar dahade, javed and whole quality team of viman nagar. If associates follow as per them and if associates do butter coating the give them hints even in deep check but if somebody is more qualified and experienced they discourage them by making fun. I need justice tech mahindra in viman nagar harassed me openly mr. Kallapa, balaji, abhijeet, mujesh raut, ramakant, anil singh, salman, shahbaz, pravin, appa, anirudh, sagar, vanita, varsha, arvind, javed, shravan, charulata, prachi, saloni maheshwari, reshma chaudhry ursula shaikh, namrata, bhagyashri all frauds of tech mahindra they are abusing women by mistreating in front of other associates making fun of associates mis-guiding, mistreating and making fun of associates when they make faults or cant complete their task. Just for some mistake vanita consumes by teaching you behaviour session she can be arrogant and can speak anything as she is in quality but when associates show her mistake and shouts for misbehaving and irritating they dont like it who gave her authority to lead behaviour sessions does she have a sense of speaking no quality just knowledge of process. Frauds of tech mahindra playing and draining the company. Never keep people more then 6 months to one year in one branch always reshuffle them to other branch so they work in team then making gangsters by harassing and playing with their manpower shame on tech mahindra they keep such frauds who support for violence

Vehicle was purchased at mahindra hatfield on november 1, 2018.

Had 1908 km on the clock when breaking its gearbox in the second gear off, and they said it was a bolt in the gear box, and it was almost a month in the shop. Mr williams was so kind to arrange a loan vehicle for me. Mahindra started with a investigation, saying the old gearbox was replaced with a new one.

There was probably about 800km driven with the new gearbox when the 3rd and 4th gear started with the same issue on wednesday, march 20, 2019.

Friday, march 22, 2019 i took the vehicle back to mahindra, workshop manager went to drive the vehicle and said there was a mistake and a definitive error on the gears. He said we go back home with the vehicle and he would come back to me, with an answer of the issue. I asked what would happened if the gearbox broke while we waited for him to come back to us.

I called him on monday and asked what was the outcome of mahindra were, and he stated if the vehicle comes in for 3000km service it will be looked upon and if there's enough gearbox oil in the gearbox.

The vehicle would have gone for its 3000km service on thursday, march 28, 2019.

The gearbox broke again yesterday afternoon on march 27, 2019.

I struggled to get to home and i just drove in to the yard when the vechile finally let me down.

I demanded a new vehicle with a new contract. As i bought a new vehicle but have been let down twice now.

I have no more confidence in the vehicle or product, because i do not know when it will leave me next to the road again.

I'm not going to leave the case here unless i am given just a new vehicle.

Nyalunga towing's book was full so day couldn't draw up anything but i have taken photo's of truck reg no: vvp410gp

Both keys were also sent together.

Pictures of everything are taken if you desire it.

All the spare in the in the trunk.

I hope this problem will soon be solved.

A week back a person called me stating she is from tech mahindra and my profile got shortlisted and said to share cv and provisional certificate. I shared to them and 2 days later i got call from same person and asked to pay a sum of 900/- for document verification as it's a small amount i paid and a day later got mail stating to pay 8100/- which is refundable at the time of joining. As i got doubt and asked them to send the mail from official tech mahindra mail i'd they didn't responded and blocked my numbers.
Mobile numbers from which i got call are 1.[protected] she is the main person
2.[protected] it is the number to which i shared my certificate
3.[protected] stated that she is from tech mahindra hr team

I am really frustrated because of one person's behaviour and attitude. Mayank gupta is one of the worst directors or whatsoever post he is on. He don't have any manners to speak to a female colleague due to which i am forced to resign. I never wanted to leave tech mahindra till everything was handled by tanujay sir. Mayank gupta is well aware of my medical condition related to my eyes, i had also undergone a serious surgery in my eyes. But then also i am forced to continue the one shift i asked him not to put me into (2.30 am to 11:30 am). I tried to talk to him regarding this but still he talks very rudely. No one deserves a # director like mayank gupta. Also my salary got deducted in the previous month for transport but still no actions were taken.
