Even though work was at par and as per client satisfaction but tech m want employee to resign so when they found medical issue and leave happened to me, they got reason for termination and had stopped my salary for 3 months before i my self send mail for resignation which they accepted and force me to leave immediate....

Elumalai, whos working as supervisor for regulating cabs facility to tech mahindra employees, but he is in the position to provide trips to his owned vehicles at top priority first...
