I am tech mahindra employee since 1 feb 2017 to 15 feb 2018. I have approved my three days holiday but tech mahindra hr team did not approved my three days holidays. And my team leader said to me that was provided you holidays for three days. But he given me a wrong commitment about my holidays, nobody informed me that my holidays was cancled. When i was complete my three days holidays and i came to office then hr team told me that you absconded from tech mahindra. After that i decided to re-join tech mahindra. And given interview to other process. I got electe for process. I got 25 days of process training and i was certified and work on floor 8 days. Its all happened, then hr team told me that you absconded case we can't hired you. And they told me that we have fired you of this job right now. Actually they wasted my 2 months. And not provide my salary.

Hi, my last working day was 02nd-august-2018 and till now i haven't received experience letter and full & final settlement amount. 45 days completed.

Hi guys, i got to know there is an opening for the bpo process in tech mahindra, bhubaneswar branch. On[protected] i went there for interview. They took 2 rounds of pi only, later the person who took my interview, told me that i will withdraw a particular amount as salary, which i ' ve agreed and left the premises. But, when i got the offer letter in my mail, the salary details were showing totally different.
Then, i reached and asked them about the concern, but the person denied for the same and misbehave me. They said we didn't commit any amount to you.
I have 2 different offer letters from the same company with difference salary details.
The hr team are not supportive and they are very rude towards the candidate.
Here, there is no such advantages for the experience person.

Actually in all the website your company added a vacancy/walkin for freshers.
you clearly mentioned that the walkin for only freshers. But we are waiting till from morning 10am onwards no one is care us they simply said to wait at last a hr came and said that we are not hiring freshers so can u leave she said.

i asked her on website u mentioned for freshers then she replied that we forgot to update she said.

you have been waiting freshers for 10am -3;30pm without responsibility for and no lunch what a company are you playing with lifes of students.

A job was posted for Tech Mahindra for a Graphic Designer position on LinkedIn. I applied and got an email later saying that I was scheduled for an interview at 8am the following Thursday, Aug. 16, 2018. It was scheduled to take place through Google Hangout. When I signed in, the person wouldn't talk to me through the video option, only instant messaging. The email address they used was: [protected]@gmail.com After the interview, they said I had to wait for an hour for them to talk to someone and come back. They said it was a work from home job. After they left, I did more research and found it was a job scam.

I am archana mondal I worked with tech mahendra company from 26Oct 2015 to 30sep 2016 . To withdraw my pf I checked my pf account on epfo portal but there is no update my father name to update my father name many tims i talked pf help line of tech mahendra even i visited my office salt lace sector 5 DLF 2 but I did not get any possitive response .Even i requested to modify my details on epfo portal that is also pending from my company side .It's my hambule request please help me regarding this . I am waiting positive replay .

I was working as an associate for tech mahindra in hyderabad bahadur pally location till 29th of may 2018 and i was told that i would get my relieving letter and full and final settlement after 45-60 days. It was already been 60 days and i have made several attempts to contact the organization through their portal and also called the hr team but i was provided with no resolution. The hr team always tries to divert me to the remember. Techmahindra.com portal which is utterly useless as one contacted me back after several attempts to request for my resignation acceptance letter. On the portal they say that my issue has been resolved as they closed the ticket which i raised since i didn't even receive the resignation acceptance letter let alone the relieving letter. This is causing a lot of problems for me in my present organization. I would really like to have someone from the organization to take the responsibility and revert back to me with a resolution as fast as possible.

Hi iam amara durga vara prasad. Recently i attended interview in tech mahindra for amazon process. Here the group are worst i don't know how they are recruited as hr's. It's shame for tech mahindra to recruit such a crap hr team.

The reason why iam saying this is... When i cleared my 2 round of interview they asked me to come for 3rd round so i went there to attend 3rd round. But they said i don't remember you your are not selected you have to go through the entire interview process. What the # they think about us. I need immediate action on this or else i will be doing what i can do.

An employee of your company, one mr rajat kumar alias rajat roy has been fraudulently employed in your company by submitting false documents. He has submitted a work experience he never went though. He has paid hefty sum to hr in tech mahindra.
This is completely against the core principles of mahindra and mahindra and serves a blow to meritocracy and merit based approach.

With all due respect, this is to inform that i "maan singh" s/o "gurdial singh" is ine of your esteemed coustomers. I have been connected to mahindra since year "2012" as i had bought a thar car. Later in year 2015 i had bought a bolero car in exchange with my previous car (Ie thar). My finance for this car was even done by "mahindra and mahindra finance".
Payment of rupees 70 thousands for my "registration copy" (Rc) was paid my me on the day of purchase. But i have not received my rc till date. The only crediantials given to me was the "delievery chalan" in additon with insurance.
Sir, it has been more than two years that my car is running without any number, and it is of no use to me as i cannot take it anywhere without my registration copy. I request you to please look over the matter and contact me as soon as possible.

I got call from hr and he told i selceted and asked to submit the documents and salary negotation discuss happen. Its almost 10 days i am not hearing from him, i called him lot of time but he disconnecting the call and not responding.

At the time of client round he called me number of times and asked to attend the call.
Its very unprofessional to disconnect the call and not letting the updated status.
Better to say directly then to keeping in darks.
Its very unprofessionaly. I will really not suggest any one to attend tech m interview, they follow up for interview but after submitting document and getting select they wont respond and keep us in delima..

Teams please help me on this.

Tech mahindra has very cheap mnci team like sandhya fernandes and even management is worst.. Anand mahindra sucks so as higher management team.. You should have given me one chance rather than throwing me.. You have spoiled my ramdhan month and i ll definitely pray that your main business like e services should go away from hands of tech mahindra.. I do not care if 300 people loose there job.. Insha allah e services will no more be part of tech mahindra

Hr told me that joining will be on 1st week of the next month but now 43 days has been passed i haven't got any call or message regarding the joining when i am trying to call the hr name manpreet she is not giving any response their are more than 25 candidate who are facing this problem too i haven't received any proof of joining loi or any appointment letter. This poor management is impacting the company reputation kindly check the concern and confirm my joining as soon as possible.

I m. Venkatesh got selected for tech mahindra in campus placements in the year 2017. Recently i had opened my learn from home site of tech mahindra to complete my courses. It asked to reset my password. From then onwards i am unable to login into site. Its always showing an error. Please try to help me in solving this problem. Thanking you in advance.

This guy - "sunil kodali" with a registered contact number - +[protected] is a fake tutor with no in-depth knowledge on pega bpm. Recently, he contacted us through urban pro and promised us to teach all required contents of pega.
By trusting his words, we paid him 15000/- rps as course fee and after few sessions (Hardly 20hrs), he abruptly stopped the sessions claiming the course has been completed; leaving us clueless in middle of an ocean. We tried contacting him n number of times and there is no response till date.

I request you all to beware of this and urban pro - customer care to take necessary action against this fraud person.

I would like to draw attention on company tech mahindra known for professionalism but hr is worst and not helping employee any way. Even though work was at par and as per client satisfaction but tech m want employee to resign so when they found medical issue and leave happened to me, they got reason for termination and had stopped my salary for 3 months before i my self send mail for resignation which they accepted and force me to leave immediate. My 3 months salary including medical leave still hanging around and instead of settling my full & final settlement they asking me to pay whereas oct-dec salary is due from them.

Do not understood what causing this unprofessional behaviour and approach. I need my full 3 months salary and notice period pay out immediate before i complaint further

Also my claims are pending and not settled till i left company

Dear team,

I appeared for gis associate recruitment process on[protected]. I appeared for computer based exam and they said me to come to office by monday 4:30 pm, i came here (Tech mahindra sez, hitech city) by the given time, unfortunately they haven't told anything until 7:30 pm and after 7:30 they came and told us to attend by tomorrow (Means on[protected] by 5:30pm, we came here and waiting here for their response but they are still maintaining the same silence and not even intimate me about anything.
This is not fair recruitment process, as being a mnc they should maintain some dignity and punctuality. I don't know whether this mail can put any effect on these kind of silly interview processes.

We wasted our 3 days time because of this silly recruitment process.

*note : according to salary i came to know that package was 1lakh to 1.75lakh per annum.
By considering cost of living in hyderabad this package is worthless, hope you people will increase package.
