We work in night and we don't got extra allowance why in every company extra allowance has been given to every employ so why we are bit getting i concern to our assistant manager he said there is no extra allowance given in this company and u will not get any extra money for working in night why sir that's not fair and one other issue i did not get yet my sallery i was working for more than 1 month...

Every end of the month many of the employee who are working over here abscond from here, due to salary issue and management issue.
