I have taken a mahindra scorpio in oct, 2016 from your dealer g3 motors based at kandivali, mumbai. I have taken a extended warranty for vehicle of 5 years (Warranty reference no.[protected])

Now my vehicle has an starter problem since last 5 days and i have visited your service centre angel motors pvt ltd based at vasai. Later service center person is saying that starter problem is not covered in warranty and i have to bear the charges for the same.

I don't understand why i have to bear the charges when my car is under warranty. Why i will have to pay any amount. This is to inform you that my car is running only 18 thousand km.

When my car is under warranty and i have paid the extended warranty also then why should i pay the charges.

Request to look into the mater on priority basis

It has been more than 3 years leaving tech mahindra and pf withdrwal has become a big pain for me. My employee id is 296698. It has been the second time, i am submitting my documents here and every time they reject for one reason to another. Contacting them is also next to impossible. But the most challenging issue is despite being an it company, they run a worst website which never works.
They rejected my cancelled cheque because my name is not printed on it, despite sending my bank statements to them. Cant they put that much effort to match both the account numbers and clear the verification.

Request you to please clear the long pending pf amount as early as possible.

Yesterday i called tech mahindra office near electronic city as i was unable to locate office around 1400 hrs friday 8th september 2017

I called office and the lady attended the call and she was not even interested to guide me how to come to tech mahindra office. I told her that, i am near to toll plaza in electronic city. She is telling me it is located in bangalore. I said yes i am in bangalore please guide me how to come she disconnected the call.

So i had to call again i requested her to guide me she is teiling me come straight i said please guide me properly and again she disconnected the call.

I don't think that she deserve to be in the reception she do not want to help people. Her job is to help people. She do not know how to guide people when the calls comes to the reception.

I request you to please remove that girl from the reception.

I request you to please keep those people who is eager to help people on phone as well as face to face interaction.

Hello, my name is pritha banik mitra, employee id: 517200, in hr shelly das's word i was terminated from tech mahindra on 18th august 2017 where as she and my tl sucharita paul, (Bsg process, vodafone dhl) forced me to write resignation letter to take resign. They showed the reason that i took rude call on 2nd august 2017, again i was not provided any warning letters before that, no ztp issues happened, suddenly hr shelly das told me that i was terminated from my job on 18th august 2017... I was shocked, perplexed, wondering what was the issue and that particular time they two hr shelly das & tl sucharita paul forced me to write on blank paper to take resignation.
Back 19-20 days, other tls had issue with me, one was biswajit singha and other one was krishna kumar jain. One day at office probably last days of july, around 8pm at night, one of the team member (Named chaina) of tl biswajit singha, with full audacity charged me very rudely infont of him & the absence of my tl sucharita paul, & that time i just confronted her that she cudnot behave like this to me, and just that time her tl biswajit singha rushed towards me & compelled me to go to manager, i was on the call, i disagree to go, he just threatened me by saying "i will see you" and left the place, did complain against me to the manager... Again on 31st july other tl krishna kumar jain who was not my tl, started screaming at me with no reason just after i entered my office floor, he wanted me to sit on particular seat and i just approached him calmly that i couldn't operate the old avaya as we were not got training on that, we got training on how to operate the new avaya, the functions were not similar at all, he was screaming thats the reason i sat there, i logged in my ncrm, but it was not opening, i called him to show my ncrm was not opening, he didn't came and doing his work, but the call came in, i was clueless, i just requested the customer there was system issue & he would call again after few moments, that very time krishna kumar jain came to me, started screaming at me by saying it was ztp issue & sent mail to my tl sucharita paul, then she also started screaming, while i was clarifying myself she thought i was showing attitude, she rushed towards quality and came back to me with sanjeev sir, trainer of vodafone dhl, he started scolding me that i used to take "ganda call", my behaviour was "ganda" with seniors & associates, i shouldn't continue, i should resign. My tl sucharita paul also asked me to resign that time, but somehow the situations got handled for that day. Next day on 1st august 2017, i've taken emergency leave, it was my 1st leave in whole 2-3 months, tl sucharita paul whatsapped me if i didn't come at office that day she would make me resign. Again very next day on 2nd august 2017 sucharita paul took me to the hr shelly das who just wanted me to take resign as she thought i had issue with calls, i misbehaved with my seniors and associates, but when i explained all the things to her, again assured her that rectifying myself whatever quality giving me the feedback, she listened to me, she allowed me to work again, but told me if any complains came against me then she will terminate me, that day she just talked to me no warning letter issued against me then how did she tell me she would do terminate me without any warning? That point i didn't get. But suddenly on 18th august when i entered the office my tl sucharita paul again took me to hr shelly das, i asked my tl what was the issue? I again told her that i didn't remember anything bad i did after our last meeting with hr on 2nd august, but my tl didn't answer she took ne to hr shelly das who just told me one word i took a rude call on 2nd august, that's why i was terminated, i was shocked, feeling helpless, thinking that day 2nd august when i had a long discussion with her, how then it was even possible? Then she gave me 2 blank papers and asked tl sucharita paul to guide me writing a letter, i even requested hr shelly das that i could continue for next few days till this month i would get get the salary, can find new jobs, asking for sometimes to give, she just rejected me by saying it was not included in their policy, in one paper, that was for manager, tl sucharita paul asked me to write "i would like to take resign for my personal issues" and in other blank paper, that was for hr, she asked me to write "i took a rude call"... Wow, what a conspiracy!
One thing, again, i was not provided joining letter too after documentation when i was asked for that they just told me they dont provide joining letter it was said very rudely by one of the hr from rmg room at tower b, 3rd floor. Then is it like fooling employees? Cheating on them?
I didn't get my experience certificate too, they forced me, they snatched my job, my salary, my opportunity, my growth. They just cheated and bullied me. Every single day they used to bully me and harass me. I need compensation, they should be taught a lesson.
Plz take a serious step against them.

Will it worthy to wait for the offer letter from tech mahindra for selected 2017 passed out batch in present situation of the company? I got placed in the month of june 2016 in an on-campus interview. I got loi in feb. When i can expect offer letter? According to the suggestions of present tech m employees it is the waste of time for waiting and expecting offer letter or doj from tech mahindra. So, please inform us about the doj of 2016 selected persons from hyderabad. We are scared and worried. Please understand our situation its our life and future matter.

We work in night and we don't got extra allowance why in every company extra allowance has been given to every employ so why we are bit getting i concern to our assistant manager he said there is no extra allowance given in this company and u will not get any extra money for working in night why sir that's not fair and one other issue i did not get yet my sallery i was working for more than 1 month

But in july in spite of the press release by your company not one dealer is ready to pass on the benefit to us. Why this please.. Can someone please answer. Iam an employee in tech mahindra and my issue is that hr is terminating me for no reason. I recently went to my religious place and i asked hr permission also on this and they told okay but when yesterday i went to office they are denying the thing that i didn't ask permission from them. This is to bring to your kind notice that hr is exiting me from office for the reason that i did not take his permission to go to piligrimage but truth is that i asked one of the hrs about this and she agreed. They are playing games with me. Please see into this as soon as possible. I didn't violate any rules of company they how are they doing so.

Your vehicle number mh 14 cw 541 is stopping to pickup your employee and creating traffic on road junction of mankar chowk in peek hour @ 9:15 am where every one in rush to reach to office, when i request him to move your vehicle ahead of traffic signal he starred arguments and saying move ahead by passing his vehicle. How can he can stop the vehicle in between of junction and create problem to other people. You are not only one company who works in hinjewadi there are other company which are working here so kindly take action against the vehicle driver.

I am working as sme at tech mahindra - ahmedabad (Reliance jio process).
I am working here since last 6 months. I have complain about the management here.
Every end of the month many of the employee who are working over here abscond from here, due to salary issue and management issue.
As in this last 6 months i havn't remembered that i have got my full salary as discussed with hr while interview. Not even me none of the employees are getting full salary.
And the second issue is that i am an sme (Subject matter expert) over here since last 3 months but i am not hired on paper yet. As i am on this designation since last 3 months. Right now mine post is of customer service support. As mine post is of sme.
Even the employees don't know that why their salary has been deducted. Advisors are doing overtime still they are not paid for it. And infact the lop (Loss of pay) are being deducted every month from their salary. And when they are going in hr for discussing the issue regarding the deduction of their pay, they don't even get the proper answer that why their salary has been deducted. Even the hr commitee don't know that why it has been deducted. And simply they say that your deducted salary will be credited in your account within this 18th or in next month salary. But the fact is that yet none of them have received their deducted pay yet. Even i am getting capsules since last 5 months. No one in the hr is even bother about it.
No one is even ready to listen from advisors regarding salary issues.
Even you can get idea that at what level person is irritated that he had mailed over here.
I am complaining since last 5 month but have not received my deducted pay yet.
Should i keep some hope that this problem would be resolved soon after this mail..?

This is to inform you that I Mr. Sudhir Navle would like to bring it to your notice that after doing repeated complaints of AC cooling, service centre of Global Mahindra Palaspe has failed to repair it permanently .
Presently Ac is not working at its Optimum level and suddenly stops working in between . Along with this the left side rear door of the car is unable to open from inside.
So this is my kind request that look into this matter seriously and repair it today itself or make arrangement of compensatory vehicle otherwise I will make this mail viral on social sites.
