As per my friend`s request i have submit a complaint against mr. Elumalai, whos working as supervisor for regulating cabs facility to tech mahindra employees, but he is in the position to provide trips to his owned vehicles at top priority first... And grab some bribes from some of the drivers and give some frequent trips to them... So he earned money from corrupted way... Some of the driver not ready to offer bribe, like my friend. So mr. Elumalai wont give the basic trips to the drivers whose dont give bribe... He revenge them by reducing their trips... Probably some of the drivers cant able to earn the correct numbers of their monthly income... So much of hurdles is there for drivers and owner cum drivers... Like fc, emi, fuel, food, vehicle unexpected spends... How they manage their expense with this much of earning... With reason of like mr. Elumalai...

1. Mr. Elumalai have his own vehicles in tech mahindra,
2. He earning huge money from bribes.
3. He shows partiality among the drivers depends their bribe.
4. Tech mahindra is one of the reputed concern, please do something to avoiding this much of complaints from cab drivers... Because drivers also human being...

Will come straight on point. I worked for your compny in sect 64 as an employe were the management has done a lot of mental harrasment on me and my sister. They have even shouted on a female employee and the whole mangement is trying to just cheat with the agents just for there sake of profit. Please do give me an email id to share all the things.!

I actually work for techmahindra for the process of oyo rooms. As an employee i have alwas thought of tech mahindra profit but the management in which i was working was alws seeing there growth and alws wanted to make the agents feel that they are nothing for them. And the most culprit one was anita singh in sector 64 noida. Even the management shouts at the female employee without any rhyme or reason and have multiple times harrased her with the statement they use.

So i wanted to know that, if mobile phone is not allowed in the office as per the company policy according to the discussion with hr, so why should you're not inform before joining. Why you're inform after crossed 13days of joining. If mobile phones are not allowed in the office, why other employees are allowed to excess their mobile phones. If you're hiring someone without offer letter, how he worked with you and completed of 10days you're issued offer letter. After received offer letter that person knowing that he got salary less than his old salary and how you offer a person in executive u1 band position, who have lot of experience and manager position in his all previous employer without any disclosure. How you're offer salary less than his previous salary. Mobile phones not allowed for your call center employees we can understand but you're not allowed mobile phones who working for finance but you're allowed mobile phone for manager or am.

This is the condition of my car in just 5 months. Roof of my car is damaged by rust. There have been other problems as well.
1. Parking censor is not working.
2. Fog light doesnt work either.
3. Seat covers doesnt fit properly.
These two were included in the kit that i purchased for 70k. I took my car to mahindra showroom located in noida sec 2. Their behaviour was very unsatisfactory and rude and they sent me to their body shop centre in sec 60, noida which is 20 kms far from my place. I am very disappointed with their customer service and quality of the paint job on the car. I would not recommend anyone to ever purcase a mahindra product.

Myself sangeeta mandal working in tech mahindra emp i'd 510963, from last month i am suffering from health issue, and suddenly i was fainted in office, my hr (David rajugudi) told me that he will give me the spot releaving if i submitt medical reports, but my tl (Satya paravastu) told that i have to continue the present month, but i refused that i can't work and i have to take a bed rest but he is not ready to give me spot releaving, when i went to my hr he told that he will give spot releaving and i submitted all my medical reports and said you inform to your team leader that you are not going to continue i have talked with hr, but after 2, 3 days he is not giving any response and suddenly he told that you have to continue for this month. So i request you to help me and give me a spot releaving.

Hello sir, i just wanted to tell you that there is a lot of politics and disrespectful things happening in your organization and i am really sorry that i have to take this on a professional sight like linkedin but just to bring it ton your notice working with tech mahindra was my dream but when i joined tech mahindra in wcom process batch no 3 on nov 1st 2017 in chandigarh it park i was told that there will be a training program which will last for a month and after completing the same we will be paid for the entire month but when i was in training under rajnikant tripathy he told me that you all will pass and on the day of certification he called 8 sme's and they started sending the emails on behalf of all the trainies so that every one can pass the certification and it was all done under the supervision of the quality head miss farah and one person was kept at the doors so that he could warn everyone if someone comes so that we could all cheat and paas but instead they sent a wats app msg after one and a half month saying that you should find another job. I called them to enquire they told me that you have not qualified and on the next day i got to know that those people were selected who cannot even speak properly in the training. So i just wanted to let you know that there is also a dark side in this organization which needs to be taken care of... And when i told the same to one of the hr's he asked me that what proof do you have that they have helped you all to cheat in the certification as there is no camera inside the training room (May be just to hide all these things) so i asked them to atleast check the cameras in the corridor outside the training room but they all are just pulling their hands out and no one has come forward to help me out.
Being a fresher all my dreams and thinking about the company has drastically changed after going through all this. I request you to please do something before they ruin the name of this organisation.

Tech m. Has hired 3-4 persons on fake experience. Person is working from last 1 1/2 year on fake experience..
Named ajay jain and his 2-3 friends in tech m. Are working on fake experience.
He showed he has 4-5 years of total experience and joined company 2 year back. Although he was fresher at that time. And unable to qualify fresher interview. He might showed (Faked) he has done bca and after that was working in company located in baner. But actually he has done mca from sinhgad institute nerhe, pune. Hope you might take necessary actions.

Tech mahindra recruited 8000 candidates all over india and provided them with loi back in 2016. Now after a year they are telling recruits that before joining they will have to give another test and they are stalling offer letters. Since company is a huge firm students are afraid to do any thing. Students made hundred of tweets thousands of mails to company. But company is not responding.
Company replied that they can do this as it is their business requirement. Since students were selected in this company they were not allowed to sit in any other company. Hence please find a solution to this situation

I was an employee to aditya birla minacs pvt ltd. I was working there since september 2015 to april 2016. Was forcefully absconded from the company as i was on leaves due to medical emergency. They did not give me any documents for pf. Now the company is been taken over by concentrix. When i called to ask for pf withdrawal, they asked me to fill it online. But online filling needs uan numbee which is bee not provided to me. No one is willing to help.

I have taken a mahindra scorpio in oct, 2016 from your dealer g3 motors based at kandivali, mumbai. I have taken a extended warranty for vehicle of 5 years (Warranty reference no.[protected])

Now my vehicle has an starter problem since last 5 days and i have visited your service centre angel motors pvt ltd based at vasai. Later service center person is saying that starter problem is not covered in warranty and i have to bear the charges for the same.

I don't understand why i have to bear the charges when my car is under warranty. Why i will have to pay any amount. This is to inform you that my car is running only 18 thousand km.

When my car is under warranty and i have paid the extended warranty also then why should i pay the charges.

Request to look into the mater on priority basis

It has been more than 3 years leaving tech mahindra and pf withdrwal has become a big pain for me. My employee id is 296698. It has been the second time, i am submitting my documents here and every time they reject for one reason to another. Contacting them is also next to impossible. But the most challenging issue is despite being an it company, they run a worst website which never works.
They rejected my cancelled cheque because my name is not printed on it, despite sending my bank statements to them. Cant they put that much effort to match both the account numbers and clear the verification.

Request you to please clear the long pending pf amount as early as possible.

Yesterday i called tech mahindra office near electronic city as i was unable to locate office around 1400 hrs friday 8th september 2017

I called office and the lady attended the call and she was not even interested to guide me how to come to tech mahindra office. I told her that, i am near to toll plaza in electronic city. She is telling me it is located in bangalore. I said yes i am in bangalore please guide me how to come she disconnected the call.

So i had to call again i requested her to guide me she is teiling me come straight i said please guide me properly and again she disconnected the call.

I don't think that she deserve to be in the reception she do not want to help people. Her job is to help people. She do not know how to guide people when the calls comes to the reception.

I request you to please remove that girl from the reception.

I request you to please keep those people who is eager to help people on phone as well as face to face interaction.

Hello, my name is pritha banik mitra, employee id: 517200, in hr shelly das's word i was terminated from tech mahindra on 18th august 2017 where as she and my tl sucharita paul, (Bsg process, vodafone dhl) forced me to write resignation letter to take resign. They showed the reason that i took rude call on 2nd august 2017, again i was not provided any warning letters before that, no ztp issues happened, suddenly hr shelly das told me that i was terminated from my job on 18th august 2017... I was shocked, perplexed, wondering what was the issue and that particular time they two hr shelly das & tl sucharita paul forced me to write on blank paper to take resignation.
Back 19-20 days, other tls had issue with me, one was biswajit singha and other one was krishna kumar jain. One day at office probably last days of july, around 8pm at night, one of the team member (Named chaina) of tl biswajit singha, with full audacity charged me very rudely infont of him & the absence of my tl sucharita paul, & that time i just confronted her that she cudnot behave like this to me, and just that time her tl biswajit singha rushed towards me & compelled me to go to manager, i was on the call, i disagree to go, he just threatened me by saying "i will see you" and left the place, did complain against me to the manager... Again on 31st july other tl krishna kumar jain who was not my tl, started screaming at me with no reason just after i entered my office floor, he wanted me to sit on particular seat and i just approached him calmly that i couldn't operate the old avaya as we were not got training on that, we got training on how to operate the new avaya, the functions were not similar at all, he was screaming thats the reason i sat there, i logged in my ncrm, but it was not opening, i called him to show my ncrm was not opening, he didn't came and doing his work, but the call came in, i was clueless, i just requested the customer there was system issue & he would call again after few moments, that very time krishna kumar jain came to me, started screaming at me by saying it was ztp issue & sent mail to my tl sucharita paul, then she also started screaming, while i was clarifying myself she thought i was showing attitude, she rushed towards quality and came back to me with sanjeev sir, trainer of vodafone dhl, he started scolding me that i used to take "ganda call", my behaviour was "ganda" with seniors & associates, i shouldn't continue, i should resign. My tl sucharita paul also asked me to resign that time, but somehow the situations got handled for that day. Next day on 1st august 2017, i've taken emergency leave, it was my 1st leave in whole 2-3 months, tl sucharita paul whatsapped me if i didn't come at office that day she would make me resign. Again very next day on 2nd august 2017 sucharita paul took me to the hr shelly das who just wanted me to take resign as she thought i had issue with calls, i misbehaved with my seniors and associates, but when i explained all the things to her, again assured her that rectifying myself whatever quality giving me the feedback, she listened to me, she allowed me to work again, but told me if any complains came against me then she will terminate me, that day she just talked to me no warning letter issued against me then how did she tell me she would do terminate me without any warning? That point i didn't get. But suddenly on 18th august when i entered the office my tl sucharita paul again took me to hr shelly das, i asked my tl what was the issue? I again told her that i didn't remember anything bad i did after our last meeting with hr on 2nd august, but my tl didn't answer she took ne to hr shelly das who just told me one word i took a rude call on 2nd august, that's why i was terminated, i was shocked, feeling helpless, thinking that day 2nd august when i had a long discussion with her, how then it was even possible? Then she gave me 2 blank papers and asked tl sucharita paul to guide me writing a letter, i even requested hr shelly das that i could continue for next few days till this month i would get get the salary, can find new jobs, asking for sometimes to give, she just rejected me by saying it was not included in their policy, in one paper, that was for manager, tl sucharita paul asked me to write "i would like to take resign for my personal issues" and in other blank paper, that was for hr, she asked me to write "i took a rude call"... Wow, what a conspiracy!
One thing, again, i was not provided joining letter too after documentation when i was asked for that they just told me they dont provide joining letter it was said very rudely by one of the hr from rmg room at tower b, 3rd floor. Then is it like fooling employees? Cheating on them?
I didn't get my experience certificate too, they forced me, they snatched my job, my salary, my opportunity, my growth. They just cheated and bullied me. Every single day they used to bully me and harass me. I need compensation, they should be taught a lesson.
Plz take a serious step against them.
