Will it worthy to wait for the offer letter from tech mahindra for selected 2017 passed out batch in present situation of the company? I got placed in the month of june 2016 in an on-campus interview. I got loi in feb. When i can expect offer letter? According to the suggestions of present tech m employees it is the waste of time for waiting and expecting offer letter or doj from tech mahindra. So, please inform us about the doj of 2016 selected persons from hyderabad. We are scared and worried. Please understand our situation its our life and future matter.

We work in night and we don't got extra allowance why in every company extra allowance has been given to every employ so why we are bit getting i concern to our assistant manager he said there is no extra allowance given in this company and u will not get any extra money for working in night why sir that's not fair and one other issue i did not get yet my sallery i was working for more than 1 month

I have been trying to purchase a vehicle of mahindra, namely tuv300, for the last one month.in june i. E, last month i was asked to wait till july due to impending reduction in cost due to gst. But in july in spite of the press release by your company not one dealer is ready to pass on the benefit to us. Why this please.. Can someone please answer. I have knocked on all doors but to no avail.. Please help.

At that time my sharekhan account is temparory closed in 2008. Then i have transfered my account to surat. My old client id is 142699. And my new client id is 341099. Plz reply in my email id. Iam an employee in tech mahindra and my issue is that hr is terminating me for no reason. I recently went to my religious place and i asked hr permission also on this and they told okay but when yesterday i went to office they are denying the thing that i didn't ask permission from them. So i hope you will look into this and help in sorting this situation my phone no is [protected]

This is to bring to your kind notice that hr is exiting me from office for the reason that i did not take his permission to go to piligrimage but truth is that i asked one of the hrs about this and she agreed. They are playing games with me. Please see into this as soon as possible. I didn't violate any rules of company they how are they doing so.

Your vehicle number mh 14 cw 541 is stopping to pickup your employee and creating traffic on road junction of mankar chowk in peek hour @ 9:15 am where every one in rush to reach to office, when i request him to move your vehicle ahead of traffic signal he starred arguments and saying move ahead by passing his vehicle. How can he can stop the vehicle in between of junction and create problem to other people. You are not only one company who works in hinjewadi there are other company which are working here so kindly take action against the vehicle driver.

I am working as sme at tech mahindra - ahmedabad (Reliance jio process).
I am working here since last 6 months. I have complain about the management here.
Every end of the month many of the employee who are working over here abscond from here, due to salary issue and management issue.
As in this last 6 months i havn't remembered that i have got my full salary as discussed with hr while interview. Not even me none of the employees are getting full salary.
And the second issue is that i am an sme (Subject matter expert) over here since last 3 months but i am not hired on paper yet. As i am on this designation since last 3 months. Right now mine post is of customer service support. As mine post is of sme.
Even the employees don't know that why their salary has been deducted. Advisors are doing overtime still they are not paid for it. And infact the lop (Loss of pay) are being deducted every month from their salary. And when they are going in hr for discussing the issue regarding the deduction of their pay, they don't even get the proper answer that why their salary has been deducted. Even the hr commitee don't know that why it has been deducted. And simply they say that your deducted salary will be credited in your account within this 18th or in next month salary. But the fact is that yet none of them have received their deducted pay yet. Even i am getting capsules since last 5 months. No one in the hr is even bother about it.
No one is even ready to listen from advisors regarding salary issues.
Even you can get idea that at what level person is irritated that he had mailed over here.
I am complaining since last 5 month but have not received my deducted pay yet.
Should i keep some hope that this problem would be resolved soon after this mail..?

This is to inform you that I Mr. Sudhir Navle would like to bring it to your notice that after doing repeated complaints of AC cooling, service centre of Global Mahindra Palaspe has failed to repair it permanently .
Presently Ac is not working at its Optimum level and suddenly stops working in between . Along with this the left side rear door of the car is unable to open from inside.
So this is my kind request that look into this matter seriously and repair it today itself or make arrangement of compensatory vehicle otherwise I will make this mail viral on social sites.

They even don't listen to you even if their employee beat you without reason by just saying that you are not employee and we can't listen to you.
Even if you give them proof that doesn't matter to them because they will only listen to their employee who are giving false statement to just save other's jobs.
Security Level is none at Office.
What is use of providing facilities if you can't provide security to anyone.
They will not take any action if anything like this happen also in future with others.

Hi i'm mohammed nabeel from bandra (mumbai) i recently applied for job thrice for techmbs got rejected. did not get the reason for rejection anyways tried my luck for the 4th time got selected, they told me to do documentation it got completed was waiting to get the offer letter but after few hours they come back & tell me you need to give 1 last round, now it was 9:30 pm and at the time of documentation they didn't realize, this makes any candidate believe that they are not proper recruiters, i kindly request you to look in to this matter.

I am applying for tech mahindra 2016 off campus registration, its showing that i am already registered, but i did not get any registration id and pin number... Sir please help me my mail id is: j. A. This is under your kind information that i had registered for tech mahindra offcampus drive and while filling the form i entered my cgpa instead of entering percentage as (7.48 instead of 74.8). i haven't got any email from your side for confirmation of registration. although trying to re-registering i am getting a message that i have already being registered. please help me out with this its a humble request. will be waiting for your feedback.

Here there is activity held which will be performed on 15 aug 2016 in national holiday and company will force us to work on that day also which is illegal as per our knowledge.. I have received the invitation mail from tech m on[protected] for[protected] for interview regarding telecom/billing testing. i visited the premises on time (10:00 am) and my first round was happened at 18:00 pm in the evening. then i cleared all the rounds and filled the detailed form given by hr. at that time hr said that you can leave for the day and we will call you for salary discussions.
After 3 days i have received a call for salary discussion and everything is all done. and she said we will release offer letter next week. then next day i have received a mail from hr requesting the academic and professional documents. i have submitted those documents immediately.

After that i have not received any call from them. i called them many times but hr was not available many of the times and sometimes hr said that offer letter will get released in next week for sure.

After that i called an hr (ketaki kamale) on[protected] and she said that your offer was not approved so you are not considered for the position and you can try later for different positions.

My question is if there was not so much positions then why they have wasted our complete 1 day and why they have false committed regarding offer letter that we will receive in next week. why they have given us false hopes.

Issue with proof of employment
Hi, my name is faisal. I live in kurla. I worked for techmahindra bpo mindspace, malad from 01/2013 to 10/2015. My employee id was 48426. I had to discontinue my service due to an accident that took place in office premises (Parking lot). I slipped in the slippery washroom. It fractured my ankle. I have history of polio and have disability certificate. I had to go for physiotherapy at all india institute of physical medicine & rehabilitation, haji ali.

I informed techmahindra about my treatment via email. I was unable to work as i was unable to walk properly. My employment was termed as involuntary by techmahindra and was asked to pay 36000 rupees as recovery amount. After conversation with hr representative of techmahindra, was assured that i don't have to pay anything as it was a medical issue.

Now, i am fit to work and got a job at sterling backcheck, thane. For documentation, i asked techmahindra to give me proof of employment but they denied and are asking to pay 36000 rupees.

I was unemployed and have no funds left as spent in treatment. Techmahindra did not help with my hospital bills instead are asking me to pay recovery amount for issuing proof of employment.

I need your help as i need job desperately as soon as possible for my livelihood.
