Tech Mahindra Limited — Discrepancy in PF claim

Hi,

I came to know that my previous organization (Tech mahindra Limited) already submitted my withdraw form to PF office on 10 Aug 2009. But I was unable to get the updates on this.

Hello Sir/Mam,

I attended interview at Techmahindra, hyd twice and both the times i faced really clumsy interview process. I answered 98% of the questions but still that interviewer asked another 2 technologies which is not in my resume.Finally he said because i am not having knowledge on those 2 I am not selected, we are looking for those 2. I asked then why did you people called me for the interview? He has no answer but said we will get back to you. you leave for the day..
This is the worst ever experience I had. No other company does such a clumsy process where in hours and hours we waited but the incharge persons are roaming and doing show off that's it. We had to go to them and ask what's the result.. else we would have returned home in the evening i hope.

Second time when i attended. they called for j2ee and adf. I have experience in both technologies and i just dint answer 1 question. There's nothing more questions regarding behavioral etc. So definitely i have to be selected. when i said adf; they responded as if they won 1crore lottery and when i said 6months adf and rest j2ee experience they reacted as if i was a beggar who came for a job. You need to take proper action or else your company will lose many good employees who are dedicated to work and you will also shut down like satyam if this happens..

Tech Mahindra — PF not transfered for 2 year

i've joined in the new company on aug 2007 and submitted the form for PF transfer on 01 sep 2007. but till date the amount is not transfered. almost 1.6 years gone. there is no point of contact also available for further enquiry. i've send mail to "ro.[protected]@epfindia.gov.in" but no reply. this is pathetic

Though i had files for return for yesr 2007-08 and 2008-09 , but the amount is not recieved.

I too got the same of mail but for chandigarh on 7th of May 2013 by Mr. SANJAY SHARMA, hrd department Tech Mahindra and was told to deposit Rs. 5400 in the name of Ms. BARKHA in A/c no. [protected] on the same day, that to before 3.30 pm, i don't understand why the company is giving such short time of notice in which we can't even decide about its authentication.
