Tech Mahindra — Integrated certification test its not an elimination round. They didn't intimate this test is to eliminate the candidate.

I am 2022 passed out batch. i placed in tech Mahindra and got loi on march 7 after that they assign some courses and i completed all courses within the timeline. After that they conducted certification test. And i attended the exam in online. After that some people got background verification mails. but till now i didn't get any update from tech Mahindra. In the previous mails they didn't mentioned anywhere its an elimination round. But only few people got bgv mails. Most of the people are not received bgv mails. In loi also not mentioned anywhere about this test but they conducted. If this test for reject the candidate? Then why you people not mentioned in mail?from march 7 to sep 19 i am waiting for offer letter.
