Tech Mahindra — Not able to register despite being eligible.

Yesterday, on 9 Nov, I was registering for the tech Mahindra off campus drive but mistakenly, I filled the cgpa criteria instead of %age one's which resulted in showing not eligible when registered. Then, I re-filled the form and fill the right, given criteria of %age and applied for registration but it shows the notification already registered and check your I'd and number for test but I didn't got any of the mail regarding this nor was registered previously. Please, resolve this issue asap, so I am able to register for the same.
