Tech Mahindra — poor management | |||
Hi everyone i am really fade up and frustrated by the behavior of rto in tech mahindra I work as a customer executive for flipkart process in tech mahindra chandigarh. The total working hours is here 8 hours and along with staffing hours it's total of 9 hours in which there are 3 break 15 min of 2 tea break and a lunch or dinner break of 30 minutes but the break is allowed only if avail is there Very sorry to say but working here is like a servant or driver Better no to give the break we will do our work and will go home but they need 9 hours of staffing too Totally rubbish no management no future here I used to ask for dinner break 2, 3 times but i used to get after 11 pm when there is no food in the cafeteria 😡😡😡😡😡😡 Better not to give break or if you are giving make it proper... I have worked on same complany for 2 days but DOE not updated on UAN side so requiste to you accept my resignation as soon as pssible and update DOE on UAN because my previous company PF can not withdraw due to not updated DOE on techahindra.

I left the origination on September 1 st 2017, I did not apply PF.here staff saying that we have two PF accounts we need to merge.how can I merge and apply

This is to inform you that I have noticed in the current clearance emails that still I haven't received clearance from your end and due to which I haven't received my FNF yet even after more than 5 months.Kindly settled it as soon as possible.
