My name is Smruti Ranjan Sethy. Iam an ex-employee of Tech Mahindra Bhubaneswar. My last working day was on 28 th JANUARY 2021. From the last 1 month I have been mailing them for my relieving letter and service certificate so that I can join another organization. My joining is on 25 th February but till now they have not provided my documents. The HRs here are very irresponsible and they didn't help me . They costed me an opportunity to join another organization. I'm just tired of mailing and messaging them. They don't revert and don't help. Very pathetic management. I feel like helpless. Even after registering the complaint they did not provide me my relieving letter and as a result I failed to join another organization. I feel like helpless as the management of Tech Mahindra is pathetic and is full of irresponsible people. They don't have any escalation matrix. Even after posting this incident on Twitter they are not replying to my mails. I need help.
