My name is N. Sridhar, employed at TECH MAHINDRA, Ohri Tower, Secunderabad, Hyderabad, and working on the 5th floor for LG client. My CTC is ₹2.20 lakhs with an in-hand salary of ₹16, 000+.
Since May 2025, I have faced repeated salary issues. With no absences, ₹3, 000 has been deducted from my salary, and the following month, I again did not receive full salary without any prior intimation. The main cause appears to be incorrect attendance updates and recurring Loss of Pay (LOP) deductions.
Due to personal reasons, I resigned, but later revoked my resignation because of the financial impact. However, each time I consult HR, I am promised that the pending salary will be credited by mid-month or month-end, but the salary for June is still pending. I have raised this issue multiple times through visits and emails to HR, but there has been no proper response or resolution. This problem affects not only me but also several employees on my floor, all facing similar LOP and salary credit issues.
It appears that incomplete attendance, login/logout updates, and lack of productivity tracking are not being handled properly by team leads and the MIS team. Many unqualified personnel seem to be managing these operations, neglecting inspection and proper process execution, causing unnecessary distress among employees.
I kindly urge the management to take serious action regarding these persistent salary and attendance issues. Immediate help is requested for crediting my pending salary for June and ensuring processes are corrected for all affected employees.
