Dear sir
I am complaining to you about the payment failure issue I tried to pay my bill of amount - 42165, and the amount is debited from the bank but it's not reached the KSEB the amount got deducted but the bill status is still pending.

I would like the amount deduced to be returned and also requesting you guys to resolve this glitch issue as soon as possible. As I hope I don't need or want to stop using your services in future.
