TechProcess Payment Services Limi — Muthoot fincorp failed payment refund

I have transfer an amount of rs. 1800/ to muthoot fincorp gold loan on 7/04/2021 through techprocess. Amount debited from my account but not credited in muthoot fincorp, so kindly refund the amount to my bank account.
