TechProcess Payment Services Limi — Tp*UPPCL BIll Payment not credited(transaction ID: AT211400004000010064462)

I had paid my UPPCL bill(Accoutn No.[protected] through Techprocess on 20/05/2021. The amount Rs.3320 was deducted from my Amex CC(ending with 007, transaction ID: AT211400004000010064462), but the receipt not generated.

It is more than 20 days, the amount neither credited in to UPPCL nor refunded till the date.

please look in this matter and take necessary action urgently.
