Dear Team, I had got a Diwali faral parcel delivered from Pune to thane and vile parle. I got the parcel in thane late at 9. But the vile parle parcel was not delivered. The person in charge Mr. Ramdas says it must have lost. And in return he is asking me if he should personally deliver another box of faral to the location. I think this is a limit of irresponsibility and to top it he is advising me to get another personalised parcel from him.the website shows inscan at vile parle and he said it night be a mistake. The parcel was suppose to be delivered to a house who could not celebrate diwali due to an unfortunate death of a beloved member. Kindly help, Regards, Alpa Was this information helpful? | |

I take back my complaint since i have been updated by the responsible personal that the parcel was delivered to the guard since he was not allowing outsiders . And the guard delayed the delivery by a day.
I truely apologise for putting up this complaint and admire Mr. Ramdas attitude towards my concern. He personally got involved in tracking the delivery status inspite of Diwali Day.
Unfortunately i misunderstood his advise and took it as an act of covering up his mistake.
I apologise for taking this step of registering a complaint.
Thank you once again Tej courier for making some one's Diwali with your services.
