    I purchased a Tekfusion Twinwoofer Wired in ear (black) headphones on 9th February, 2016 from Paytm. The left earphone is not working. Also mine comes with a one-year warranty. I would like to contact Tekfusion so that I can claim my warranty.

      My tekfusion twinwoofers was not working
      First left side speaker is getting small sound compared to the right and after few days right side speaker completely...help me

            I have sent the defected product to Tekfusion which was under warranty. They said that they will be replacing the product and so for sending the product back, I have credited Rs.100 to their account. Its been 3 months now and still I have not received the product. Everytime I mail them they say that "We will check and let you know".

              The built of product is scratched on both sides and even the pouch cover is also has the cut on the corner.The main problem with the product is the sound is automatically goes too much slow down suddenly.I noticed this issue many time even its been only 3-4 day i was using this new product and the packet of the earphone not sealed pack from both sides it was sealed from only one side.

              The built has no. of scratches on of sides L & R.The earphone's volume suddenly goes down even when my phones volume is too high i noticed this issue may a time so its disappointed me a lot

                I received the product on 26th January, 2015 and on 26th February, 2015 the product stopped functioning.So i asked for the warranty and mailed the required details.What i got in response was outrageous. They asked me to ship the product to them to Karnataka and they want me to include a cheque of INR 100.Which would roughly sum up to INR 250. I've bought this earphones in nearly INR 750 and i will certainly not pay Rs 250 extra for the warrenty because no such decleration was made or given when I bought the product. And just to tell the product is available at INR 299 right now on flipkart. I attach my bill and the mail that I've received from the support.

                  I had brought Tekfusion Twinwoofers Earphones (MIC Edition) from Amazon.com I received the earphones in the stipulated time and found them defective. I contacted the manufacturer as my product was under warranty and got it replaced after a month. Sadly the replaced product too turned out to be quite a defective one and had to send it for replacement. Again I got them replaced and the product was had a broken MIC. I tried contacting the Customer Care incharge and was told that my call will be responded too. Its that day and today I have not received a call from them. Including this, I was promised a sum amount of my courier charges that I had to bear as the company did not have their service center in Mumbai. I wish to sue this company and receive a refund of the whole amount.
