I scheduled a cleaning service for my two bathrooms on 13/10/2026 at 4:00 PM, having booked it on 11/10/2026. However, no one arrived at my house on the scheduled date and time, and the booking was cancelled without my consent. Additionally, a cancellation charge of Rs.200/- was deducted from my refunded booking amount. I would like to know the reason for the cancellation and why this charge was applied when I did not initiate the cancellation....

I am writing to publicly log my grievance against Urban Company (UrbanClap Technologies Pvt. Ltd.) for a clear deficiency of service under Section 2(11) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
I purchased a brand-new flagship Native Water Purifier, which was installed on 17th September 2026. In less than a month of normal usage, the machine suffered a major component breakdown—the low-pressure switch failed completely, rendering the...

I booked Instahelp service and paid for three services in one month. When I tried to book a service they could not find any personnel available in our area for more than three months. They have kept the money without providing a resource. It was their fault that they could not find help in our area. I had used them a few times previously. Each time I would get a message that they do not have any person working in our area and they were not...

I bought water purifier M2 in Bangalore online through amazon and had some issues. called the same technician home to fix it. He came and didn't address the issue correctly. As soon as he left water started pouring from the tank. We left to office once he said its fixed and working. When we came back the connecting tube got pulled off from the main tank and the entire house was submerged in water. All the furniture household items, fridge,...

It’s been more than three weeks since we raised a complaint about our M1 water purifier, and the issue is still unresolved. Every time we contact customer care, we get the same scripted response: “We are committed to resolving your issue.” Unfortunately, there has been zero meaningful action.

A technician finally visited last week, but instead of fixing the purifier, it started leaking after the service. Now the condition...

Dear Urban Company Support Team,

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided regarding my water purifier. The purifier has not been functioning properly despite multiple service requests and repeated complaints raised with your team.

Although technicians have visited but the issue remains unresolved. The recurring breakdowns and ineffective repairs indicate that the purifier is either defective or...

I purchased a Native M2 Pro water purifier via Amazon on 18 May 2026. Installation was delayed and finally done on 22 May 2026 by technician Gokul (Phone: [protected]).

During installation, the technician did NOT check input/output TDS levels, which is a mandatory step. He simply installed the unit and left after advising to drain water twice.

On 23 May 2026, when I personally checked the unit:
- Input...

From the last 15 days we have been booking maids at urban clap.

The booking is taken. Payment is made in advance. But in the morning the booking is cancelled.
Now we have made the payment. If we try to reschedule, there no other schedule available for that day. This means we have to book through other service provider and pay there also.
At the same time, we are left with no option to cancel booking with urban...

I attempted to book an AC service through Urban Company and made the payment online. The amount was successfully deducted from my account; however, the service was not booked.

This situation is quite inconvenient. Additionally, when I tried to contact customer support to resolve the issue, I was unable to find any proper customer care number or clear contact option.

I request you to kindly look into this matter...
