Installation of M1 purifier is pending but it is showing that it was done....

From the last 15 days we have been booking maids at urban clap.

The booking is taken. Payment is made in advance. But in the morning the booking is cancelled.
Now we have made the payment. If we try to reschedule, there no other schedule available for that day. This means we have to book through other service provider and pay there also.
At the same time, we are left with no option to cancel booking with urban...

I attempted to book an AC service through Urban Company and made the payment online. The amount was successfully deducted from my account; however, the service was not booked.

This situation is quite inconvenient. Additionally, when I tried to contact customer support to resolve the issue, I was unable to find any proper customer care number or clear contact option.

A professional came on Monday 16th July to provide salon service and took the gold chain and pendant with her. She is a strong suspect as she knew where the chain was and cleaned the room. Urban company has done nothing to help and has given no resolution. They are not replying on chat and are not even calling. There is no number to call them. They have no provided the professionals details even on asking many times....

Issue 1: M2 native touch panel was a failure and did not work properly even after replacing twice. Company refused machine replacement/tap based workaround on existing model during warranty (Even i was ready to pay for the setup)

Issue 2: Filter replaced for 4999 and water is not as good as before however company representatives after raising complaint saying that filter changes cause such issues and wait for 15 days. No one...

I have booked the service for bed bugs and I have done the payment but manually entering the amount instead of paying through the automated request urban company sent. Now when I followed up with customer service, they said I'd get it back in 5-7 days. And I still haven't got it back and paid again after the service was completed. So I need my refund back!...

I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my Native M.2 Water Purifier.

The purifier is currently not dispensing water. When I try to use it, I can hear internal sounds (presumably the motor running), but no water is released.

I purchased M1 RO water purifier on online and item received on timeline and I booked installation with giving trip at 0800 hrs of 22/09/25. But staff refused to visit on timeline due to personal reasons and his behaviour is crude and language also using uncivilized and postponed in another day. I am residing at capital of India....

I am trying extremely hard to contact Urban Company by any means to tell my problem. But your system is so so much frustrating for the users. You neither provide any number for customer to interact with a human customer associate nor you provide any chat option to write directly to a human rep of your company. What the hell do you think of your customers ? Do you think they don't know what kind of tactics is this ? Do you think they don't...

I regret to Inform you that i have done deep cleaning in my house on 14th June 2025. Your franchise people said wall strains not covered in my package and company is not given any training in this regards. I have paid total Rs.5598 ( additionally given to them Rs.600).

I had to cancel an appointment due to an urgent meeting and did it much before 3 hours, still their AI chatbot does not provide any resolution, nor have they provided any number or email id for a feedback!

I am writing to bring to your immediate attention a serious issue regarding a service I booked through Urban Company. On December 2, 2024, I scheduled a geyser installation at my rented apartment, which was carried out by your technician, Mr. Kumar Rakesh Ranjan.
However, on May 8, 2025, the installed geyser suddenly fell, causing significant damage to the bathroom tiles and the commode. Thankfully, no one was in the bathroom at the time of the incident. I live with my 7-year-old child and elderly parents, both over 70 years old, and the consequences could have been severe.
Assuming the installation was done professionally, I contacted Crompton (the manufacturer) for inspection. Their technician visited and informed us that the original steel washers provided for proper mounting had been replaced with plastic washers—typically used for fastening wash basins—by the Urban Company technician. This improper substitution compromised the safety of the installation and directly led to the fall.
I have raised this issue with Urban Company’s customer support multiple times, but I have only received generic apologies without any concrete resolution or accountability. This incident could have resulted in a serious accident, and I believe such negligence should not be taken lightly.
I respectfully request your urgent intervention in this matter to ensure that the issue is thoroughly investigated and an appropriate resolution is provided, including compensation for the damages and assurances to prevent such risks in the future.
