Worst service experience ever!

It’s been more than three weeks since we raised a complaint about our M1 water purifier, and the issue is still unresolved. Every time we contact customer care, we get the same scripted response: “We are committed to resolving your issue.” Unfortunately, there has been zero meaningful action.

A technician finally visited last week, but instead of fixing the purifier, it started leaking after the service. Now the condition...

Urgent Complaint Defective Water Purifier & Negligent Installation (Health Risk)

I purchased a Native M2 Pro water purifier via Amazon on 18 May 2026. Installation was delayed and finally done on 22 May 2026 by technician Gokul (Phone: [protected]).

During installation, the technician did NOT check input/output TDS levels, which is a mandatory step. He simply installed the unit and left after advising to drain water twice.

The booking is taken. Payment is made in advance. But in the morning the booking is cancelled.
Now we have made the payment. If we try to reschedule, there no other schedule available for that day. This means we have to book through other service provider and pay there also.

I attempted to book an AC service through Urban Company and made the payment online. The amount was successfully deducted from my account; however, the service was not booked.

Gold chain with pendant stolen

A professional came on Monday 16th July to provide salon service and took the gold chain and pendant with her. She is a strong suspect as she knew where the chain was and cleaned the room. Urban company has done nothing to help and has given no resolution. They are not replying on chat and are not even calling. There is no number to call them. M2 native - Touch panel - Failure model

Issue 1: M2 native touch panel was a failure and did not work properly even after replacing twice. Company refused machine replacement/tap based workaround on existing model during warranty (Even i was ready to pay for the setup)

Refund not yet received

I have booked the service for bed bugs and I have done the payment but manually entering the amount instead of paying through the automated request urban company sent. Now when I followed up with customer service, they said I'd get it back in 5-7 days. And I still haven't got it back and paid again after the service was completed. So I need my refund back!...

Non attended of installation staffs in booking time
