I bought a Native M2 water purifier from Amazon, and a free installation and demo was arranged by Urban Company, on the 4th of November 2023. The engineer came in the morning and promptly broke the water inlet pipe embedded in my wall. He left as that pipe repair was not his job. I booked another plumber from Urban Company, who came and fixed it, a service I paid for, and left. The water purifier engineer returned in the evening and promptly broke the same pipe again. Water was seeping into the wall and seeping out of the opposite side, my bed room. He left again. I booked and paid for another plumber to come and fix the pipe, the next day, by then the wall in my bedroom was damaged. Today is the 7th of November, and my water purifier is still not installed, nor operational. I am buying bottled water for these past four days. Urban Company is examining the situations for the past four days, and I have no source of drinking water.
