I purchased M1 RO water purifier on online and item received on timeline and I booked installation with giving trip at 0800 hrs of 22/09/25. But staff refused to visit on timeline due to personal reasons and his behaviour is crude and language also using uncivilized and postponed in another day. I am residing at capital of India....

Incident: Two bookings were made by mistake for Geyser check-up. I attempted to cancel one of them through the app, but no option was available. I raised a ticket within 24 hours, yet no agent was assigned in time. I even had to personally call one of the assigned professionals to request that they not come, which has been such a frustrating experience...

I regret to Inform you that i have done deep cleaning in my house on 14th June 2025. Your franchise people said wall strains not covered in my package and company is not given any training in this regards. I have paid total Rs.5598 ( additionally given to them Rs.600).

After paying this use amount still incomplete my house deep cleaning, what is mean DEEP CLEANING ? Company mesmerizing the people with advertisements etc but...

I had to cancel an appointment due to an urgent meeting and did it much before 3 hours, still their AI chatbot does not provide any resolution, nor have they provided any number or email id for a feedback!
What kind of a pathetic company does charge 300 rupees unnecessarily and then makes sure that there is no way for a customer to claim it!!
I need complete refund for this stupidity on their part, I was not even able to reschedule...

I had booked pest control service in November 2024. But to my surprise within 15 days the cockroach reappear. During the revisit also the issue persisted and I tried connecting with the service agent to come during the warranty period but he kept delaying it. I was trying to call from the mumbai location and wanted to book a kitchen cleaning service, which would take 3 hours and I was unable to get any other slot except 7 or 7.30 pm, which would be very late, so trying to get assistance from customer care but same is also not working

I had paid on 17th December 2024 for cleaning services, but there was no booking done on urban clap. Nothing shows in the "my order" list.

Tried reaching many times but no proper complain number given on the website and customer care mentioned that they don't have any information, and they simply can't help, not even their senior management can't.

Kindly do the need full asap....

Today i had booked three bathroom cleaning of my flat via urban company app but the professional refused to do the works said by my mother and shouted at her, screamed at her and misbehaved with her and left the job incomplete so now i need the refund of my full money immediately of 1264/-

as the proffessional was a holigan and very very bad he misbahaved with my mother and shouted at her

I got a water heater (geyser) installed on 10 Dec, 2024. I paid a total of Rs. 858 for installation and one inlet-outlet pipe.

Payment break-up as per app and mail invoice,

Inlet Outlet pipe: Rs. 300
Geyser installation: Rs. 499
Taxes & Fees: Rs. 59

Had purchased a M2 water purifier a month back via Amazon and I have been trying to connect it with the urban company app but there isn't any option. Tried the help and support section in the Urban Company app and it does not list anything but just an option named "undefined". Also tried the Amazon app but the order asks to contact the manufacturer.

I purchased on Flipkart site for a urban native m2 model, this is an iOT device, but every m2 model to connect with an mobile the mobile has have 4g handset therefore I'm having a 5g mobile handset, so it won't connect through with water filter system. Flipkart saying they only can replacement but if I replace for this same model same problem will happen. I want a full refund...

I got the pest control done and it is still in warranty. the cockroaches have again re appeared and i requested for a revisit to redo the pest control during the warranty period. but the irony is that they hv cancelled my request and now i am not able to rebook and can't talk to any human interface

quite surprising that a comapny like urban company is behaving such way.
there is no contact phone nos or customer care and only virtual chat which does not help

can u pl arrange to get the pest control revisted again and solve my issue.

My gyeser was not heating the water. The professional changed the heating element, but broken something inside the tank and now the tank is leaking water. He also broke the pressure knub. The gyeser is unusable now because of this leakage issue. Urban company denies to provide the protection claim that they advertise....
